Store hours show they open at 9am, no one was onsite when I arrived to pickup my trailer

She was in her phone FaceTiming . Didn't bother to show us where to drop off the trailer just said leave it in the back and continued FaceTiming . No help no assistance at all just expected to figure it out in your own pretty much . Not just how to unhitch but also where to leave the trailer

Provide a vehicle full of gas to begin with if you require me to bring it back full. I ended up paying for the last persons fuel and mine.

No front signage so hard to figure out where to return the trailer. The parking lot had only 1 way to enter and all the parking spots we either full or the vehicle in the next spot was blocking it. Lots of debris and construction material in the parking spot. I had to back out around a corner in order to park the trailer. The lot was dark and hard to see.

I have always used uhaul with no problems. They are a good company but if you get it from this locationt double check your final bill after returning the equipment. They tried to charge me twice. I have never had that problem anywhere else. If that happens to you, dont panic, just remember to take a picture of the gas and mileage before and after, call customer service and they will take care of you. They are great

Don't use this smoke shop for your rentals. The vehicle was already dirty. The people giving me the rental didn't seem to care and the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. Will never go there again.

They tried to charge me $60 in fuel fees, when I returned the truck at the same fuel rate when I picked it up. After arguing, I lost patience and paid $20. It seemed like they have done this before to other individuals. Definitely pay attention to excess fees with this location.

Having a U-Haul location in a smoke shop not a good choice. No help hooking up trailer, not easiest parking. Smells inside store very powerful.

This was the worst place I have ever been for a UHaul location. The reason I picked because it was open late. The drop-off area had very little access, no help to where to put the trailer and I had to disconnect myself. I should have went to another location and used the app to turn it in.

Not use that place. Worst service ever. Lady was late to work, truck was dirty, lady was rude and they didnt even have the dolly. Just an overall bad experience

Overall, terrible experience with the drop off. The lady made us go back outside and take pictures of the uhaul because she didn't want to get up. We returned the unit 45 minutes later than original time, asking permission to do so, in which she granted. When checking out she didn't speak to us at all other than saying "you're good". No receipt, nothing. I was later emailed a receipt and saw that she charged me a whole extra day, extra gas, and mileage. And that's why she didn't want to give me a receipt at time of checkout. Completely unethical.

Its a smoke shop, anytime a customer for the smoke shop came in, the employee would stop helping me and go help the customer instead. I got there at 4pm and didn't get my uhaul until about 4:30 PM. She handed me the keys and I had to ask her 3 different times where the truck was until she finally sarcastically answered outside....She finally on the fourth time of me asking told me it was behind the building. I go out to start the vehicle and inspect it (she didn't come outside for this), and as I am backing up she jumps behind the truck waving her hands and I have to slam on the breaks, because the back of the uhaul was full of furniture pads she needed to unload which took another 25 minutes... So I reserved the uhaul from 4-8pm and didn't end up leaving with the truck until 5pm which was awesome since I showed up on time at 4pm... Overall would NEVER use this location again and will definitely recommend my friends and family use a different location

The woman who was working at the shop was very unprofessional. She initially told me that the trailer I had reserved was broken. When I pressed for clarification, she told me that I should "go take a look at it" - apparently another customer had tried to rent it the day prior but had determined that she could not figure out how to connect it to her vehicle. I did go out and look at the trailer and found it to be an operable condition, but there was a UHaul truck parked in the way that prevented me from connecting the trailer to my truck. I walked back into the store and explain the situation to the woman, and she gave me the keys to the UHaul truck and told me to move it so I could move my truck in a position to hook up the trailer. I asked her why she couldn't move the truck (as doing so would have sped up the process of me connecting the trailer to my truck) and she told me that she is unable to drive. Ultimately, I received zero customer service from this woman. I'm glad that I have experience working with U-Haul equipment because I was able to serve as lot boy in addition to being the customer. I have rented from U-Haul many times in the past and this is the first time that I was expected to move around equipment that I was not responsible for, and also the first time that a lot attendant did not hook up the trailer for me. I don't mind connecting my own trailers, but the lack of customer service was disappointing and not what I have come to expect from U-Haul. I will never rent from this location again.

The man that helped in morning when we picked up the truck was very nice and helpful great customer service. When we returned the truck not so great. The young lady was very short and not friendly at all . Sorry I parked in the front of the building but I needed to unload some items into my truck before I returned your truck behind the building were I picked it up . No need to yell at me not to park there. P.s the parking lot was empty

Employees gave me wrong information. I was told that I was able to leave the truck in a different location, next day I wake up with threats of a $2000 fine by the owner. The employee forced us to remove and park a trailer on the truck in order to take the truck, which I did not ordered. Terrible service from this location, rude workers that never explained anything and never showed any service contract.

Not everything I paid for was discussed, I didn't receive all the equipment I requested but was still charged. Would never go back.

I had to connect my own equipment and every part of the process was a struggle. The drop off was no better

When picking up the trailer, there wasn't anyone to assist in hooking up the trailer. There was one small in stature female that told me to connect the trailer myself and drive it around so she could take a picture. I had to use my own personal jack to lift the trailer in order to connect it. Then upon returning the trailer the next day, the employee (male) didn't know how to disconnect the trailer and I had to advise him to help me lift the trailer. Needless to say, training is sorely lacking at this particular location. Not to mention the numerous hazards (danger) I as the customer was subjected to.

I had to sweep the trailer out before using it. He stated that my rental included a dolly/hand truck, I said no, I ordered a dozen furniture pads. I have my own hand truck. He said okay, but I ended up with a dolly/hand truck and no furniture pads. He was nice, but not very attentive.

Blazing Haze does not have any U-Haul accessories. I ordered packing blankets and they didn't have anything at all. My furniture got damaged during the move because of this! Either you are a smoke shop or a U-Haul vendor. Also they were blasting loud music and was hard to have a conversation. Pick up was a frustrating experience.
