I arrived before opening hours, but 1 phone call with a very accommodating employee I was able to drop off and be on my way. Thanks to that person.

FRANKIE BThe location was perfect. Now the charges on the other hand I'm not satisfied with. I rented a trailer and was charged double for the rental, they always try to recommend how many hours you will use the equipment but don't rent the equipment for the 6-8 hours they recommend when it cost the same price to rent it 24 hours. I was charged two rentals for one use because they had me scheduled for 8 hours when it took me 6 hours just to get to my pick up location. I'm very dissatisfied with U-Haul and I've rented equipment from there for over 10 years.

DEMETRIA NTruck had no gas at all. Had to spend $100 to fuel it. Then was told to bring it back with 1/4 tank which I did. Also asked for 2 dozen blankets they only had 1/2 dozen (but gave me 5 blankets) not even 6. Bad experience with gas and equipment.

LATHIL JI was over charged for my mileage. I trusted it was correct when I left location. It had to be human error from last customer mileage. I was charged for 64 miles and only went about 6 miles at most. This location is only 1/4 mile from my house and 2,1 miles from my storage. I made two trips and had to stop because of rain. So I returned vehicle. I'll know next time to check my mileage before I leave. I've rented before and didn't have this problem so I trusted information.
ROOSEVELT AConfused about where to park in this strip mall. Advertised as 24hr location but was closed. Difficult to maneuver a 20ft truck in this parking lot.
Andrew VEither out of windshield washer fluid or the pump was not working. Either way had to scrub/rub off grease/ oil of the windshield before driving. Lack of cruise control.
