Peter LWhen we first arrived to drop off the trailer the office was closed even though the website said it would be open. However, we were only there for about five minutes when someone showed up and helped us with our return. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Bruce RAbsolutley would not recommend this, or or any U haul location. The fact that a police report had to be filed before we even picked up the truck should tell you a bit about out experience. A 2,5 hr drive just to oick up the truck, a 12 hr wait to get the truck, which involved RCMP, crime scene investigation and forensics was completely unacceptable. The truck looked, and smelled like a crime scene, blood splatter and drips all over the wall was absolutely disgusting. Even after several cleanings that we did ourselves the blood still seeped through the walls of the truck. I wish we could have refused the truck but we had absolutley no other choice. We were moving almost 1000 km and were in a time crunch. That truck should NEVER have been accepted the way it was, and every effort should have been made to get us a new truck. The attendent in Quesnel clearly DID NOT INSPECT THE TRUCK BEFORE OR AFTER THE RENTAL BEFORE US. HE ALSO DIDN'T DO MECHANICAL INSPECTIONS. Then to be harrased to return the truck when we were assured we'd have it for extra time to account for the delay was so absolutley stressful that I still get sick to my stomach just thinking about it. The whole U-Haul experience was so awful, I feel that we deserve a full refund but the thought of having to relive the entire experience makes me just wanna walk away. We are extremely unhappy with the vehicle we recieved, the way we were treated at pick up and drop off. It was an awful experience all around.

Paul HI reserved a 15' truck for March 30, someone from Uhaul phoned and said a 15' was not available but I could get a 20' at no extra charge, and I said that was fine. When I went to pickup the truck it was for a 26' for March 31. The dealer tried to change it and after about 20 min. phoned your office and they had to make up a new contract. After going through everything again, the dealer said he would email me the contract. As we had disconnected our wifi, I never read the email until the next night at a motel. It read that we were going to Raymond and had to drop the truck off there, instead of Lethbridge where we were moving to. I phoned Uhaul and got them to change that and the women told me she would try, but no promises. Then when I did drop off the truck, the dealer tried to charge me for more mileage. Am I impressed with Uhaul.... not at all!
