This place told me the gas was three quarters full but was only at a quarter of a tank When they checked the van out to me they enter mileage incorrectly, mileage was entered in as 19885 When the mileage was actually 19985 I returned the van at 20000 miles. I only drove for 15 miles but they charged me for 115 miles and the gas difference. Which I did not use a half a tank or drove an extra 100 miles. And they charged me. When I got there to the location. There was no employee inside the building. They were outside in the back with the backed door propped open smoking marijuana. The whole location smelled of it and the employee couldn't even keep focus while trying to enter my information in the system which lead to her entering the information in wrong. After I dropped can off I notice the error in mileage. I called to location and talked to the most unprofessional employee. He was flipping out on me tell me I don't know how to follow directions and he couldn't do anything for me and complained about having to make a call to fix the error on there part. I tried to tell him if their employee wasn't so stoned in the first place and did her job properly none of this would be going on in the first place Very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend or ever use them again. Worst place and service I ever had in my life. I will definitely make sure to have this known. If this does actually reach someone. Maybe you can help resolve this issues with the over charges. I don't have a problem with paying what I'm suppose to, not be over charges cause of their careless and unprofessionalism. Patrick MowreyBoth rear tires flat, no oil, had to buy two quatres, no wiper fluid. Could not use vehicle first day of rental. Have maintenance check vehicle before renting to customer. Picked up vehicle at 9am, tires replaced at 6:30pm. Lost a whole day rental. Absolutely worse rental experience I ever had. Roadside assistance personnel told me not to worry about tires, just check the pressure occasionally. Since I was driving 600 miles did that mean I should stop every 100 miles and check tire pressure? Will never rent from U-Haul again. Can't use curse words but I would if I could!

We had to move them, but had already completed the drop-off in the app. Instructions should have been more clear in the app.

Alexis MollThe 5x9 open trailer with a ramp was perfect for what we needed. It was well maintained and pretty new. The location was convenient for us but I did have to hook it up myself. This was not an issue since I tow other things all the time. But if you do not tow, make sure to follow the instructions they give you with your rental agreement.

THOMAS TAYLORI didn't know that I needed to check the front door of the business for drop-off instructions (I was doing 24/7 drop-off and pick-up) and so I left the truck in the wrong spot. I would suggest updating the app so that it gives explicit instructions on how to return equipment at this location since they seem to be particular about where to leave different equipment items.

U Haul has always been spot on with getting me hooked up. Then there was no break fluid in the surge brake actuator. I filled it and it was empty upon drop-off.
