Dark after hours location in a secluded area. Poor lighting. Trucks in lot with can doors left open. We did not feel safe..

Freddie C.excellent rental experience however the after-hours process of returning equipment was very involved and at 11pm at night was not a smooth or efficient process. Having to download an app on my phone to set up equipment return was not ideal for my situation at 11pm. The company is great but that particular process could be looked at.

Michael G.No one was there to check the vehicle in and I was charged for gas that I shouldn't have been charged for. I sent an email with a photo of where the gas level was at and it was returned the same way and I was still charged. I asked for my refund and I haven't received a response yet. Not good business at all.

Steven D.The vehicle was dirty in the cab and in the back. The parking brake release assembly had been pulled away from the dash by at least 4 inches and hung by the drivers legs. The tire pressure monitoring system alert was on at pick up. I rented 2 sets of furniture pads and an appliance dolly, neither of which I received. The online pick up process actually takes longer than dealing with an employee. When I returned the vehicle, I used the online drop-off option. I disputed the charges for the dolly, pads and cleaning fees. The website said someone would call me before I was charged. Instead two days later I was charged with no call and they charged me for the pads and cleaning fee. When I emailed back about not having received the pads or a clean truck they responded with the receipt again. Customer service NEVER called me or tried to contact me about my concerns. But they did send me an email for a review so here it is.

Eric B.Phillp Adair went over and above to make sure I hooked the trailer up correctly. He also taught me how to back up with a trailer attached and made me feel confident towing a trailer. It is evident Phillip not only loves what he does, he cares about the service he provides. I highly recommend Blue Angels!
