I had set this up as an online pickup (and got a confirmation) but the dealership never got that word so I had to wait 1.5 hours for the place to open. Once he did open it took 40 minutes to complete the paperwork to get the truck out the door. Meanwhile I was paying a mover to sit on his butt! Needless to say it was a terrible experience. Also, I was told 3 different pickup points by text from U-haul.

Took entirely too long to pick up my reservation. Nice, friendly staff... but the process was painfully slow, even after checking in online. Only one person at the store knew how to handle the rentals and she was busy with other customers.

Equipment was left off of the truck when I picked up. It made loading the U-Haul very difficult when I paid for 2 dollies and moving blankets to make it easier.

Well. When I walked in someone was on the phone. I waited over 15 minutes and she never acknowledged me nor did she get someone else to come help. 20 minutes later someone else walked up, asked if I was there for a uhaul and took care of me.

When dropping off the trailer, they could not find the trailer number on the contract because they had the incorrect one. I told them that what had happened and I was told that they were going to get a hold of Corporate about the issue. I dropped off the trailer and was on my way home.

While Blue Chair went over and above to get this contract fulfilled. The owner personally drove 45 minutes to another store to get the truck that i rented. The whole process was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. The contract was reassigned two times. The first place told me that they did not have a truck. how could i reserve a truck if they did not have one. The second place said the truck that they had had broken down. I was then told that the third place did not have a 10" truck that i was told was there. Then i hear from Blue chair that they are going to get a truck. The owner is driving 45 minutes to get it. Then i hear from the third place that they actually have a truck, but that they were going to be closing shortly. They gave me a number to call if the other truck did not return with a truck. Finally i get a truck two hours after my scheduled time. We get the truck loaded and are on the way back and the truck gives me two messages. Need to Service Stabilitrak System and service the Traction Control. This notice was on the main screen the whole way home. needless to say, the experience was not enjoyable at all.

We returned the truck after hours and couldn't get the online check-in to work right. We tried for 30 minutes to check it in and finally just left the keys in the drop box. I couldn't tell on the receipt how much I was being charged for miles. The lady at the rental desk was very nice. (10+)
