Sucked at pickup location. Sucked worse at drop off location. Rude. Poor service.
edward sennThe cargo trailer that I rented from the Blue Mart needs wiring repair. AFTER I had gone to the trouble of dispatching the cargo trailer myself with Amanda at UHaul on the telephone (the management at Blue Mart had no knowledge of how to help and dispatch) I hooked the trailer up only to find that the lighting wiring (and thankfully it was dark so I checked it) was damaged and it BLEW my 2019 Tahoe fuses for trailer lighting. It also damaged the connector to my hitch wiring assembly. I did not take this cargo trailer from the Blue Mart. It was after 7:00p and downpouring rain when I figured out that this cargo trailer was un-dispatchable. I had to wait until morning to go to Lowes to get a new wiring assembly for my Tahoe to be able to hook to another good trailer. I have the receipt from Lowe's if you want to reimburse me for my wiring assembly that the trailer ruined. I would really appreciate that reimbursement.
Kimberly LedfordThe service, was okay the way they talk to you makes you feel like you wanna go else where to rent but overall the U-Haul was good. I do feel like I should've been able to get more money back because I actually cleaned the back out and wiped the inside out plus I didn't have it for long maybe 2 hours at max not worth what I paid for

TIMOTHY ROYALNo one at the store was able to do the rental or knew anything about the rental. Called someone and had me on speaker phone as the other person shared their screen. I was having to give identification information out loud where others in the store could hear. We had some difficulty booking the trailer up but the person at the store was not able to help.
Jeff HallI had to disconnect the trailer myself. The drop off guy didn't offer any help. Uhaul should consider installing a jack stand to help offset the weight. It's a little harder to lift the older you are.

James E BarnesI received no help in attaching the trailer to my truck and even less help when it came to returning the trailer. The location was congested and made backing a trailer into the area reserved for the trailers difficult.

AMANDA HALLThe store owner couldn't set up the uhual so he gave me the phone to do it, while also not knowing how to close my reservation. It stayed open almost 4 weeks, almost causing card to be suspended

Lonnie MinerOwners of the store lied to me too many times and over charged me to see if i would notice. If i didn't they would have overcharged and stole $90 from me. Y'all stay away from that crook. Just a warning. The messed up 20ft U-Haul didn't run well. Nasty and dirty. I had to use it since i had no other choice at the time and he had me pay a $60 cash deposit the night before with a $200 additional cash amount the next day to use it? I didn't get my deposit back like he said i would the following morning but I'm sure he would have made U-Haul company pay it...? Idk... I'm not happy at all. Adam and Company Movers will never use that U-Haul dealer again in front of Randy's Burgers on Edwards. I knew my total was $157ish... I know how to U-Haul. I own my own moving business and this has been the worst dealer I've met. Eventually got my overpayment from the wife only because I wasn't leaving till all business was finalized and refunded as she indicated i would have to wait until her husband returned ( unsure of when that was to be)....But overall i was not happy with the way they conducted their business.

Trevor LohrRental wasn't ready. Took over an hour to get out of there because the operator wasn't there and had to talk through the check out process over the phone. I was the only customer there. I also left the lot with under half a tank and returned it with the same amount. Hover I was charged for not returning it with half a tank.
Sheila AttawayI think the rates need some improvement; I personally think they are a little bit high, the contract takes too long to get the vehicle.
