The cab if the truck was full of pet hair - the windshield had a huge crack in it, & the online checkin process is horrible

Gary HOur move was one-way from VA to FL. Danny was great to work with. Any questions were answered immediately or he got the answer. example: we had ordered 60 pads but they were not on the contract. He found 60 at another location: they held them and we picked them up. We'd definitely work with Danny again.

Corinne CI booked both ends of the trip online. No warnings about the drop off location.. Pick up was a delight. Drop off I was told that there wasn't any room to drop off a 15' truck and to go to another location. 100 % unhelpful. No room to turn around, I had to unhock the tow dilly, maneuver around and then reconnect. My elderly grandmother had to follow me to another location. 1) when making the resv I should have been told that the drop off wasn't available. 2) the store should have owned their own issue and not make it my problem. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful and made the uhaul experience one that I will not ever want to do again.
