When I showed up at 10 AM the uhaul wasn't there. They said it would be there at 11 am and it wasn't there, then at noon they said it would be there and it wasn't. We didn't end up leaving there until 12:40. It was 100 degrees that day waiting in our car. We came from Portland to pick it up so we already drove 2 hours and it put us 3 hours behind schedule. I paid movers 3 hours to stand around. They said they called me before I got there. They called me at 9:47, that's 13 mins before my appointment time (10 am). I know it's not there fault but I checked in at 830am they could have called me then. They said I could go to another place where they found an available uhaul, but it was an hour south. That would of added another 2 hours and gas prices aren't cheap to be driving an extra 120 miles in two vehicles. The fuel manager was very nice though. I got a conformation the day before saying it was at that location and ready to be picked up, but yet it wasn't. The worst part was when I got there another couple was picking up a 26 foot truck that exact truck I reserved..
Chase C.At the location I picked up my uhaul and tow dolly the customer service was really great. Chase, Austin, and Trestin were very friendly and prompt to help. The tow dolly I was given had it's left tail light out. Chase and Austin were super quick to fix it which was really great. Unfortunately, it wasn't secured enough and the whole light fell out during my 6 hour drive. I was afraid that I would be charged for this so I call the manager Trestin, and he said I would not be held liable. I was grateful for that! Once I dropped the vehicle off for return the people at the new uhaul location told me the tow hitch was also broken and that it was not hooked up correctly. Due to this, the vehicle was more dangerous to drive. I don't know much about these types of vehicles so I was shocked and sad to discover that the location that gave me the equipment let me drive it. I hope the team I got the equipment from will learn from this and do better in the future for their customers.

Jacob R.They charged me for a cleaning fee and gas even though I returned the Truck in the same condition that I received it. There was some sort of plastic bag in the back that I assumed was there's so I left it alone. I also put 5 gallons of gas in it on my way to return it and they charged me for 4 gallons of gas.

GERALD G.They just started as a U Haul facility so they were a little hard to find (still working on additional signage). You have to go to the back of the lot to find the office, but it is worth the hunt. They were very friendly and helpful.
