Inside of truck box was dirty and had lots of broken glass scattered around in it. When we returned the truck, the workers were less than helpful with the process.

Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but we had connection issues with the trailer we reserved and was offered a different, and larger trailer for our needs; at no additional cost to me. I was overwhelmed with the over-the-top customer service; they made sure I received what I needed. The return process was even easier than I remembered. Will definitely return for any rental needs!

Jerold EvansThe office was not clearly marked. The first truck I rented couldn't even move the drivers seat so I could reach the pedals. When I switched trucks it was dirty inside. When I returned the truck the original gate I picked up at was closed and locked. Had to call to get let back in. I will never rent from that location ever again

Jayme SmithI picked up the truck full and drove maybe 15 to 20 miles. The fuel gauge was still on full left my house and Returned it with a full gauge and still got hit with a refueling fee. I will be telling others to avoid renting here along with telling my business partners the same.

Robert TrombleyThe short version: I called ahead and was told the Albany location had what I needed around 10:30am. When I arrived the item was there but they wouldn't rent it to me because the computer said it wasn't recommended. I called the call center and they sent me to a place in Springfield where they were willing to rent it to me but they said I had to go buy an adapter for the light cord. So by the time I was actually connected to the item it was after 5pm. I will not be using uhaul again.

Renee CarlsenUpon returning the truck I was told just leave the keys on the counter. No one took the time to inspect the truck with me, or give me a receipt. After the fact I have now been charged for overage, which is incorrect I was a good 150 miles under the miles given for my trip and 11 gallons of fuel, which according to the chart I was provided I was only about 4 gallons short on fuel and that is why I skipped the gas stations. I will never rent a u-haul again going forward.

Debra DavisMake sure to take the time to show the customer how to operate the locking door system in the back of truck. Luckily I had someone with me that knew what to do but for safety reasons I should have been shown since I was the driver. This was my first time renting a uhaul truck. Checking in to get truck was good service as well as returning it.

Christy JohnsonThe way gas is processed needs a serious overhaul. The guessing game used to determine what level the gauge should be at when returning the vehicle is borderline criminal. The penalty for not reaching some arbitrary point on a gauge is very difficult to measure. I was over the gauge mark and my best guess is by at least $20-25. Very simple process, when it is checked out the tank is full and when it is returned the vehicle is full. Before I rent again from uhaul I will look at how your competitors manage the situation.

Patrick IrelandThe online experience did not work. I scheduled to pick up at 7:30 and then, when tried to check in, it said to come back at 8:30. The app shouldn't let me schedule if it wasn't available. Then at 8:30, the app didn't work. When Blue Rose opened, they were very helpful and were efficient. We checked in there and were on our way. My problem was with your online system.-Just don't let people schedule for times that the truck is not accessible.

brooke woodyWhen I showed up at 10 AM the uhaul wasn't there. They said it would be there at 11 am and it wasn't there, then at noon they said it would be there and it wasn't. We didn't end up leaving there until 12:40. It was 100 degrees that day waiting in our car. We came from Portland to pick it up so we already drove 2 hours and it put us 3 hours behind schedule. I paid movers 3 hours to stand around. They said they called me before I got there. They called me at 9:47, that's 13 mins before my appointment time (10 am). I know it's not there fault but I checked in at 830am they could have called me then. They said I could go to another place where they found an available uhaul, but it was an hour south. That would of added another 2 hours and gas prices aren't cheap to be driving an extra 120 miles in two vehicles. The fuel manager was very nice though. I got a conformation the day before saying it was at that location and ready to be picked up, but yet it wasn't. The worst part was when I got there another couple was picking up a 26 foot truck that exact truck I reserved..
Chase ColemanAt the location I picked up my uhaul and tow dolly the customer service was really great. Chase, Austin, and Trestin were very friendly and prompt to help. The tow dolly I was given had it's left tail light out. Chase and Austin were super quick to fix it which was really great. Unfortunately, it wasn't secured enough and the whole light fell out during my 6 hour drive. I was afraid that I would be charged for this so I call the manager Trestin, and he said I would not be held liable. I was grateful for that! Once I dropped the vehicle off for return the people at the new uhaul location told me the tow hitch was also broken and that it was not hooked up correctly. Due to this, the vehicle was more dangerous to drive. I don't know much about these types of vehicles so I was shocked and sad to discover that the location that gave me the equipment let me drive it. I hope the team I got the equipment from will learn from this and do better in the future for their customers.

Jacob RobertsonThey charged me for a cleaning fee and gas even though I returned the Truck in the same condition that I received it. There was some sort of plastic bag in the back that I assumed was there's so I left it alone. I also put 5 gallons of gas in it on my way to return it and they charged me for 4 gallons of gas.

GERALD GREERThey just started as a U Haul facility so they were a little hard to find (still working on additional signage). You have to go to the back of the lot to find the office, but it is worth the hunt. They were very friendly and helpful.
