I would recommend never using this location. The goofy woman did things like calling my wife to verify my identity while holding my drivers license. I will never go there again

I used this truck to move a large piece of art glass the truck worked out just fine. The problem is in the milage that was documented when I picked it up,when i was finished with it the odometer said i drove it 103 miles round trip i took it to where i work every day, and I don't drive 103 miles a day. Today when I drove my truck I used the trip meter and drove the exact same route and logged 59,5 miles there is no way I drove the rental a103 miles. Not knowing this vehicle I couldn't figure out how to bring up the odometer and Jamie didnt even know how. There is nothing worse than being ripped off by a brand that's been around for ever and I've used UHAUL more than a dozen times through out my life. The way I see it UHAUL needs to reimburse me the difference of 42,5 miles but if not the internet will be your worst enemy along with word of mouth

I get that customer service is not a big thing any more. I was not happy about not being told how I was to pick up the truck I rented as well as being told I would have to go to a different store that was way out of my way to get the truck. I will never be using your service again. I will be using penske.

Nothing at all, this locations Staff and Management were top notch, extremely nice, and welcoming!
