Would recommend because closest to home. Nobody was there when we arrived. Tried calling a couple of times during day but no answer. Hooked up trailer myself.

I needed to rent a trailer to pick up a car, emergency run, and Kyle Gallardi worked quickly to reserve the trailer while I was on the road. And then I needs to keep the trailer gif an extra day and he took care of everything promptly. I will definitely return to this location to rent Uhaul items and also refer others too. The trailer performed excellent and once loaded could barely tell it was behind my truck.

The person working was great! This was last minute and he help us organize and made it easier for us to drop the truck off when we were done. Appreciated his helping us with this.

Trailer wires hanging down that could have gotten caught on something & ripped out. Return location on my contract didn't accept trailers so needed to return to a different location. That information needs to be in the contract beforehand.

Here's a professional rephrasing: I would like to provide feedback on my recent U-Haul rental experience. The vehicle I rented was extremely difficult to drive consistently due to a persistent oscillation or bouncing motion at speeds between 50 and 60 mph. This made maintaining a steady speed nearly impossible and caused significant discomfort, to the point of inducing nausea. As a result, what was supposed to be an 8-hour drive turned into a 19-hour ordeal, as I had to stop frequently to recover. Additionally, when I returned the tow dolly, I was informed that the vehicle I was towing had not been secured properly. Specifically, the chains that were supposed to secure the axles were not installed. This oversight created a serious safety risk, as my towed vehicle could have been lost during transit. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly urge U-Haul to address these issues to ensure the safety and comfort of future customers.

The only suggestion I would have for the type of trailer I rented would be that there needs to be a trailer jack to make it easier for less muscular people. Having to lift it from the ground is not ideal for smaller, elderly, etc. Once loaded it can't be unhitched if needed without the help of a floor jack. Not everyone including myself owns one. Nevertheless my overall experience with your service was great. Thank you kindly .

No one was at the location and we were not notified that they would be closed. I called the online number and the customer service agent was extremely helpful.
