The website and the sign on the door said this place was open until 2:00p.m. On Saturday. We arrived with the truck at 1:30 p.m. To find the location closed. I tried 3 times to set up an account and even received a code. Each time I was told to start ove. UHaul made this the worst moving experience of my 69 years.

I have rented in the past but never again will I use your services or recommend. I was overcharged for rental and I have never heard of dropping off at the same location as pick up which is 20 miles out of my way.

When I scheduled the truck I was given the name of the pickup site it was Bluegrass Fleed Care but the address was given as 10305. Which was J and M automotive. When I called J and M the lady was very rude telling me they did not have a reservation for me and anyway their 15 foot went out early that morning. Told me I would have to call the help live and hung up. After finding that number we were late for. Our pickup. Finally got the correct address for Bluegrass. Called and the gentleman could not have nicer and assured me that the truck was there not to rush they would wait for me to get there. Everyone there were wonderful and helpful

U-Haul up sized my trailer to a 6x12 and it was not requested and it was too big. They did not have the size trailer I requested so I had to go to another location which put me behind on getting loaded.

I give you good reviews but I was scheduled to pickup truck a the Preston Highway location and it hadn't been returned from the previous renter. The people at the store then sent me to the Dixie Highway location but gave me the wrong address. Instead of 12901 Dixie Highway they gave me 2901 Dixie Highway. I therefore spent a lot of time wandering around trying to find it. Also, the Dixie Highway was much further away for me. Lastly, because of the missing truck at the Preston Highway location I was supposed to get a $50 discount. I did not.

Front end shook bad at highway speeds and had almost no oil in the pan. Would not recommend Bluegrass Fleet in Louisville Ky to anyone.

First uhaul dealer had no trucks so was referred to Bluegrass fleet. It was out of our way, but we didn't have any other choice. Needed the truck on Monday and got it. We really could have used a larger truck, but they only had one available. We had to drive further out Dixie which cost us extra mileage too. You either need more dealers or more trucks at your current dealers. The people at Bluegrass were very friendly and helpful. But the guy at the first dealer was the one that helped the most. He was at the corner of Dixie and East Pages. He just didn't have any trucks to rent. I thought I was gonna have to use thrifty, please get more trucks.

I took a picture of the starting mileage. After receiving the receipt I noticed a 12 mile difference for what I was charged. In other words I was over charged 12 dollars.

When I Returned The Truck I Was Using I Realized I Left My Keys For My Car At Home.. The Owner Took Me And My Daughter Home To Get My Keys.. I Offered To Pay Him He Refused The Money And Shook My Hand And Said Thanks For Business... Now That Is Service With A Smile!!!!!
