I rented a trailer to haul a dead car to Phoenix for a friend. Checking in was simple and quick. What was above my expectations was the help I received in getting the car loaded and prepared for the trip as we had to push it by hand on to the trailer.BARTON W.

This review is about traffic and not Blythe. I originally was trying to get a UHAUL from Twentynine Palms, CA. How about next time when I request equipment at a particular location, you give me the equipment at that location. Absolute garbage customer service from traffic. I shouldn't have to drive 2 hours to pick up a trailer and then 2 hours back home. I'd rather buy a trailer than deal with your trash customer service reps who repeatedly told me they couldn't do anything to help me and that's it my fault that the trailer wasn't in the location I needed it to be at. I made a reservation 2 months out and UHAUL gave away the last trailer in my town to somebody who literally made an appointment a week ago. At least give me a courtesy email about not having a trailer. But no, I have to show up in person to be told that and then fight to even get a trailer. Thanks UHAUL. You are garbage.Daniel C.

I dont know that u can...the customer services gals were outstanding & had so much patience...I was suppose to have the truck in by 4pm on Fri & didnt get it back in until 3pm on Mon but they just acted as if it were an everyday occurence...not once did an impatient or angry tone come across & come to find out that the whole weekend another customer was holed up in a motel waiting for theat particular truck so for them to remain so calm & friendly was expertise if u ask me...TY Blythe Freeway Towing & Uhaul!!Diana T.

This location was satisfactory. What was not satisfactory is that I had to drive two hours to this location, and two hours back, to pick up the car hauler. I reserved a car hauler almost two months in advance, with a confirmation of the request, to be told the day prior to me moving my family across the country that my reservation could not be filled. Unacceptable. Terrible business practice and a ridiculous, unprofessional concept. If you cannot fulfill the reservation, the day prior is not when to tell someone. I'm sure the company feels no need to change their practice, as they most likely have people in a precarious position already. I discussed this with the regional manager who quickly told me that this practice was perfectly legal, she even went so far as to ask me if I was an attorney (which was irrelevant). Just because a practice is legal, does not mean it is ethical. I will do my best to not use UHaul in the future, as well as not recommend them, as logistics is clearly too difficult for them to manage.JOSHUA M.

Blythe Freeway and Towing were extremely helpful and provided all the details regarding drop-off and the coverage I got on my trailer rental. I requested a 20' truck from Blythe, then received an email saying I had to go to Arizona location. What choice did I have? Then I got a call saying they only had a 26' truck now at the Blythe location. We had to be out of the house so I accepted it, however the truck was much too big for our needs; I had difficulty finding parking to load and unload, and it cost me 100 $to fill 1/2 a tank. Not only that but the truck leaked oil on the rental house driveway. I rented the 20' truck two weeks in advance, so the unavailability is unacceptable. The people were very kind at both locations, however.Sandra V.

They gave a truck with wipers not working at all. It was raining and delayed my travel for about 3 hours due to this issue.. nobody show me how properly use all the features of the truck. Also I left the truck with more gas than it had when I got it. Overall poor service.Jose R.
Setting the reservations was easy. The online check in was a waste of time, we were never sent the code for the lock box to get the keys to the truck. Called the 800 number and was on hold over an hour. Then when we got in the truck it stunk like cigarette smoke. When we turned in the truck no one was there in the office, the office was old and dirty. After waiting and having the two dogs that run wild around that place a lady shows up to check us out. Overall I did not enjoy my experience with uhaul .Monica T.

You need to figure out where in Ehrenberg the drop off location is and communicate that to your customers. Apple maps and Google maps couldn't find the address you supplied me. The Blythe drop off location worked well however. Thanksschubert W.
My suggestion is Have the Males a little more Careful with Customer Vehicle. I returned the Trailer today may-18-19 at about 2:40pm and the Male employee Yanked on my cannon plug Trying to remove the Trailer Lights and Broke my Canon Plug Cover. I could have done this Myself, if I knew he wasnt going to be Careful... that's Kids for you..Benson D.
For the first time in 25 years the receiving person who said he's the owner required me to unhook the safety chains myself. What would have happened if I was on my to work in a suit and white shirt? He also asked me to back out of his driveway to drop the car on a public road , in not a very cordial tone. I'll certainly be looking at alternatives on our next rental which occurs at least twice per year. Someone cut the gas tank line causing gas to be dumped on the ground. The national office told me to notify the receiving office who just refused to do anything. She told me to call the 800 number. She didn't appear to be very interested.Janice L.
