I wouldn't recommend to a friend because they all live closer to a different uhal facility

Gerald LThe staff at this location was great. U-Haul charges overall are ridiculous. 30 dollars for someone to pump overpriced gas into the truck. My wallet went missing so I was unable to fill up the few gallons myself. U-Haul can suck a fart.
chad wI received poor customer service just walking into the store trying to ask where you go to pick the U-Haul trucks at. Once I finally received the truck, the windshield wipers were broken and it took a very long time to obtain a replacement truck. I would never return back to this location nor would I recommend this store to anyone for anything.

Dexter Hi dropped it off to boars head they were rude as could possibly be first im disabled and cant walk far i parked the truck 300 feet away with the rest she waited till i got into the store then said i had to move it over another 100 feet so walked all the way back out n removed it the dolly was in my sons truck when we dropped it off n went into tell the people they told my daughter we had to bring it into the store ive rented MANY uhauls it goes back into the truck where i got it she laid down the keys and walked out worse experience ive had with uhaul
George NBecause the iPhone app crashed on me (again) before I could take the pictures, I had to go inside to finish the check out and the gentleman was very helpful. I will use this location again. I will never use the iPhone app again.

Dan RI made the U-haul reservation online which was a very simple process. The staff at Boar's Head were extremely helpful and nice, both during pickup and drop off. Super smooth and easy rental.

Roy KFor some reason I was in the system, but it did not come up as reserved for that day. The female employee was very helpful making the reservations easy place was clean. Best experience I had in renting a U-Haul truck was there keep up the good work.
Roy KThis place was a nightmare. The guy kept saying he doesn't work for uhaul and that he wouldn't hook up or unhook the auto transport. The side of the truck was muddy. We had to drive to 3 different locations. The last location he had to go to just to get the auto transport off because it was stuck. I will be calling to get compensation for all this gas we used. Never had a problem with uhaul until we delt with the ones in Ohio. El Paso, Tx location great, Colorado Springs, CO location great, truth or consequences, NM also great. My Orab OH and Balivia OH are the worst. Hope I never have to deal with Ohio locations again.
