After getting bounced around several different locations by U-Haul, Renae went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. She is incredibly kind and considerate, and turned my wild goose chase to find a trailer into a very pleasant experience. I would go out of my way to rent from here again.

Albert JWay to expensive... Got charged for 50 miles in milage, but didn't use NEARLY that much... Wanted a 26 foot truck waited over 2 hours truck NEVER showed, so we had to use a 20 foot truck, with no discount nothing..... Ridiculous..... NEVER AGAIN!!
