RICHARD RTo make sure that you do not overcharge extra day when the truck is brought back after you already had pd for your trip when you picked it up otherwise everything was ok with the place
Susan SQuit charging extra day when you return the truck.but john did call and tried to get the extra day refunded with uhaul.so we will see if it gets refuned other than that Steve was great.

JON KI had reserved an appliance dolly but it was not available. They located one at another rental company and reduced my rate on the trailer for the inconvenience. Overall, it worked out fine, but it was a bit aggravating that it was there when I picked up the trailer. I had to go out of my way to get the dolly and then return it at 7:00am on Monday.
