Nothing it was great
JONAH Y.The location was ok. The corporate side was awful! The first location that I showed up to the trailer was gone. Then when I went to return it the return location didn't exist. The person on the 1-800 number was completely useless. This whole experience was a debacle.
CHRISTOPHER C.I was at the location staring at my truck and my key drop box for 30 minutes but it would not let me pick up the truck because it said I was too far away from the location. I was on the phone with customer service for what felt like forever and they just kept telling me basically boo hoo there was nothing they could do about it and that i just needed to figure it out myself. Eventually I just had to drive around and ended up going a couple of miles down the road and turning into this backroad and it finally said that i was at my location, in the middle of nowhere. So then i had to go BACK to the uhaul place to get the truck. Also i think it is ridiculous that you give two references when you're trying to get the truck instead of when you apply. I was unaware they had to be approved so i just chose two people and they ended up being asleep so i had to wait forever for uhaul to contact me to put in diffident references. ALSO, our truck was wedged between 3 other trucks and it took many turns and tries to get out truck out. You would think that since they KNEW someone was coming to get that truck for days then maybe they would have made it a little easier to access, but no. I will never in my life rent a uhaul again and if i do it will NOT be from this location.
tyler A.Need to update address. Current address leads you to a different location than where it is. Had issues with all the financials on the entire transaction. Pricing is misleading and still uncertain on why I have to pay for mileage when I'm the one paying for the fuel. Felt like I was double-charge for the entire thing.
