I called a few companies for price quotes on renting a moving truck. I spoke to Armondo at Bogarts, he told me the truck was $19.99 for the day and $.69/mile for a 15 foot moving truck. When I picked up the truck I confirmed the quoted prices and Armondo confirmed the rates. But when I returned to truck I realized that I was a higher price. $29.99 for the truck, and $.79 per mile. When I confronted Armondo about the misquote he said “ I made a mistake” no big deal because I was charged the correct rate. I explained I would have rented elsewhere if he had quoted the correct price. He told me I could complain about him to UHaul if I wanted to. I have the impression that This wasn’t a mistake and that Armondo does this regularly to get business. Very deceptive and dishonest practice!!! UHaul should make sure this location is operating ethically!

There was no one there at drop off. The place was supposed to open at 8 am and I got there at 830 am and nobody was there it was still closed.

Place looks like a dump not place to do business. I tried to rent a vehicle from another location but had my rental was transferred to Bogarts. Have staff on hand to receive the vehicle on return. I was charged for 2 periods when I only used the vehicle for less than 24 hours. Not happy.

The inside cabin was not clean. Dusty and had a dried up coffee spill on the middle seat.

Horrible experience. My truck door was left open and everything was a mess. The shipping blankets were all over the truck and the furniture dolly was missing. I should get at least the 50 dollar truck guarantee as a refund, if not more. I wish uhaul l had more competition as unfortunatetly they are the only option allowing them to get away with this. Very poor service over all. This is after they changed my pick up location and I had to wait 35 mins for customer service to tell them the furniture dolly was missing. Not happy at all. And to end it off I got charged 30 dollars because I returned the truck with an 1/8 less gas.

Sean was very personable and helpful- thank you. Most appreciated considering the horrible experience I had after being notified, while enroute, that the car trailer I had reserved for pickup was really located over an hour out of my way. The Uhaul personal contacted at the corporate 800 number were unsympathetic and even rude to me.

Easy pick up. Truck was clean and ready to go. Drop off on Sunday by putting key in drop off was simple and efficient.

The ratchet on the straps has seen better days. I oiled it for them and was working better Also the crew down ball catch is a bad design and the parkinglights didn’t work. Didntmind wasn’t driving at night Otherwise very happy
