Nobody is at this location during normal business hours. I called and the gentleman I spoke to said to just park the trailer beside the other trailers that were parked there. I did so. Then a few days later, I got a call from U-haul indicating that I did not drop off the trailer yet and could be charged additionally. I called Bonarrigo and got his answering machine and left a message for him to please complete the paperwork to show that I did indeed drop the trailer off within the 4 day requirement. He never responded and I can only assume he did do the paperwork as I have not heard anything more from U-haul.

Sat in the truck with it running (as the truck had to be on to verify levels) for over 45 minutes trying to get it to accept the pictures. 1800gouhaul with a 15 minute wait and still no answer! Called the local company Bonarrigi (on a Saturday no less!) to tell him I couldn't complete the drop off because of UHAULS FAULTY application issues and he was very understanding and kind, assuring me that he would fix it for me on Monday.

Bob Bell | Expérience généraleI would suggest less UHaul locations. I needed the truck that day. I called 6 locations that had no trucks before this one had what I needed. If you don't have enough trucks to have some at each location you don't need all those locations.

Timothy LentzThe return location had a power outage on the return date. Consequently, it was inconvenient but it was a regional issue in that Zip code. Not a problem of service provider, however it made for a more difficult day. Service provider was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process which was very nice .

KAY BURKETT*Try to be a little more helpful when you receive a call with questions about rates and procedures. *Don't attach your personal cell phone to a business if you don't want contacted. *Consider setting up an after hours voicemail to avoid asking "why are you calling Uhaul at 6am" *Have the truck unloaded before the scheduled pick up time. *Have the truck where you say its located,if it's not ready, approach the customer instead of the customer searching for you.

Nathan BevardWe scheduled to pickup our 15' truck in Indiana Pa but were sent to Betty Lou's about 25 minutes from town. When we arrived at our pickup location we found that the truck was there but no one was around to give us the keys and the store was closed. We were not getting good cell phone reception however we were finally able to get a hold of someone from the local uhaul shop. After being set back several hours we finally picked up a truck in Indiana PA.

There's a building that has a sign for UHaul rentals, go to the next building but it's not immediately clear which door you should go to. Staff are immediately responsive, friendly and helpful.
