Brian Bond and Sonya Watt went above and beyond to help me with my move, I've never rented a u haul before so I had lots of questions and info needed. The truck and trailer performed fantastic, we had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely use haul again once I'm ready to move into a new residence, my belongings currently in storage.

The process was very smooth and the rental rate was very reasonable.

Did everything she could to help and even lent me a broom so I could re sweep when I dropped off.

Truck had not been cleaned or wiped down

I received a call from Edmonton telling me that my pickup location had been changed from Lloydminster to provost I asked if there was any other options all she repeated was they would give me an extra day to return it. My problem was picking it up. I contacted your provost location and they exhausted all other solutions they were ROCKSTARS. The Edmonton connection was no help at all.

Have Dollies available upon confirmation of pick up. Have your dispatch people advise of what trailer ball is required.
