It would be good to text to let us know we needed to listen to the return video before we turned in the truck. I was very upset when I learned I had to pay an extra $20. I checked my text after my friend turned in the u haul.

The folks at this location are very very professional, also kind and honest. They get you what you need without waisting your time. I would go out of my way to rent from this location....unlike the south Everett facilities.... I will never rent from that location again.

I felt like I was an inconvenience. Not only that but uhaul charged me $10 for their insurance when I never asked or wanted it.

Your advertising is misleading and can almost be called false advertisement. 19,99 is plastered all over your trucks so i go in thinking 20 dollars plus gas and miles. Then next thing I know my bill is over 60 dollars because you charge me a 20 dollar rental rate then a 20 dollar rental charge. I will never rent a truck or van from uhaul again because of this. This kind of advertisement and business model is awful

Service is why I come back. I need a uhaul for my company, and the location is convenient. But there are at least 3 places in my area I could choose. Bones is always top notch and makes me feel valued. I'll use them again.

I was completely ignored when i entered the premesis. An employee was sitting behind a desk and chatting with another person sitting on the other side of the desk. They were talking about personal things (weather, health, beer). I stood 2 feet away from them for a couple of minutes and neither of them acknowledged that was in the room. I finally had to ask if anyone was interest in helping me. I got all attitude after that. I also reported the rusted out ratchets and the comment was completely ignored.

Bones Automotive has terrible customer service. When I went inside to grab the keys for the truck, the guy at the front counter didn't even acknowledge me for a couple of minutes. He was carrying a personal conversation with another customer for several minutes. I had to interrupt the conversation and the guy at the counter looked at me as if I was being rude. Additionally, I had ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. Unprofessional and incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I originally was booked for another location. I had to spend a ton of time to go to another location promised there would be the furniture dollies we needed. Get there to find out there was not the dollies. The owner of the business gave us his own personal ones to use. I was asked by U-Haul to go to a third location. I wasted 1 1/2 hours trying to get a truck. I had to cancel my appointment I had later in the day thanks to this issue. Supposedly got a tiny fraction refunded for the problem. I have yet to see that though. Use a different company if you can. Though Bones Automotive was helpful. Wasn't their fault UHaul doesn't have their crap together.

This location was very unprofessional, we waited over 20 minutes as he was on the phone and we just stand it there until he finish a call with someone. Then, he gave us the key without doing a walkthrough to the truck m, then when arrived he didn't do a walkthrough the truck, then I was charged for the gas, even though I return it to the store with the same level of gas. Very disappointing experience.

Very friendly and talkative! He mentioned that there should be some furniture pads and a furniture dolly in the truck already, but there wasn't, so he may have been a bit confused on which truck they were in. That's okay, since we brought our own handtruck (just in case).

The entire accessing to the truck itself was a nightmare. Following your online directions was unclear and gave no results. I even called your HQ and the rep there followed my attempt . She too, was disgusted with the effort, I wanted the truck at 7 and had to wait for the office to open to finally take possession. And this had nothing to do with the Rep at the site. You really need to re-do your online directions,

This location really shouldn't be shown as available for after hours drop-off. The parking lot was very cramped and it wasn't easy to determine a good spot to leave the equipment.

Staff is absolutely terrific. Had issues with the uhaul app but Bones Automotive took care of us and made us feel valued. Will go back to them again. Uhaul app is not user friendly. Tried to return truck with app and it said I didn't have a reservation even though I had the reservation number. Wouldn't let me enter the reservation number. Couldn't get ahold of anyone on the 1-800 number (waited for 15 minutes) finally hung up. Bones Automotive is top notch they helped us out..

I thought I had found a good deal to rent a uhaul for $19,95 and now I'm getting a invoice that I owe $77 I only used it for a couple hours this is absolutely ridiculous and not cool I feel extremely tricked and now idk what I'm gonna do I can't afford the extra amount thanks

The jack handle was broken and fixed with a screw driver. It also took 45 mins for them to helpnus with getting hooked up to our rental trailer. I won't be going back.

The process of getting the truck was crazy. The mobile pickup was not well put together. Instructions were very lacking. We ended up getting help from a tech person. He was able to assist us. It took us 40 extra minutes and caused us to get a late start. But we were given 40 extra minutes. Not sure we would use mobile pickup again.

You might try a less surly attendant who arrives on time, and fulfilling the equipment order. None of the quilts or dollies could be provided. To top it all off, somebody wants to charge me 20 for returning the truck to the pick up site instead of the designated site which is a 3.mile difference in location. Did not know it mattered, however, given the absolute horrible experience and inconvenience of having to locate substitutes for the ordered equipment I would think waiving the 20 fee would be a given. I should have known I was in for a tough time when the attendant told us if we wanted good service next time we should go to Penske. Dude has some serious attitude issues.

For starters you can have your staff check the ID of the person renting the vehicle I had my name and address and account used by somebody else unbeknownst to me and when I tried to call to clear it up I was treated with a very cavalier attitude by some girl on the phone it was very troublesome that somebody could use my name and account without ever having to present ID to rent something that is ridiculous my experience was terrible.

Schedules mobile pickup up 830am. Morning of, uhual/dealer changed to hand deliver at 915 am. Had to wait for the place to open for them to give the keys. Uhual should not have let us schedule mobile if it wasn't possible! Very unsatisfied experience.
