Hey guys after returning the car hauler I had a concern about the locking system Ned the location agreed and would send it out for repair! Over all good experience.

THOMAS BEquipment was defective and they refused a refund because I didn't inform them the strap was unusable. If they did their inspection of their equipment they would have noticed.

Jordan JBonham Building Supply needs upgraded to synchronize with the Uhaul Corporation's standards for what is offered to customers. Whether that's providing them with the same equipment, computers software, etc. just make sure they can stay organized and in sync with the proper reservation details. My reservation got mixed up, mischarged, and unaccounted for at one point.

Jon BThe truck was filthy. It had either horse feed or something like that all over the front cab. It was even in the drink holders so when I put my drink in there because it's 100 degrees in Texas it got all over the outside of my drink m. It was horrible. It also smelled so bad in there. I needed the truck till 3 but couldn't stand it sitting in there that I turned it in 2,5 hours early.
