Best experience I have ever had renting a UHaul. Location was clean, truck was in fantastic shape, and the colleagues were friendly, helpful and professional. Transaction was very easy to conduct on the mobile device. Could not ask for a better experience.

The people never checked in my vehicle after drop off and I had customer service reps calling me all day threatening to report the truck stolen. Calls back and forth took forever and we're incredibly unclear. The app did not help either.

BONNIES RENTALS MADE MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE AMAZING.. I HAVE RENTED FROM UHAUL STORES AND IF FEASIBLE I WILL ALWAYS CHOOSE BONNIES. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR THIER UPMOST PROFESSIONALISM.

For the past 4 years our community reserves a 6'x12' trailer with ramp for a community project. EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR we call the day before to confirm our reservation and we are told the trailer is not on site or not in working order. We then are told we need to drive well over 30 miles to some other location. UHAUL Norwood and UHAUL West Roxbury is obnoxiously horrible withe keeping reservations for 4 years consistently in a row. Our community may need to find some other alternative after being burned so many times. I'd never recommend a rental through your company to a friend, or an enemy for that matter.

My experience with this location was very bad. Had the employee talk to me rude and nasty. Then they over charged me for the rental. That location should not be in business. I would not recommend it to anyone.

the technician installed the trailer onto my truck but didn't connect the hitch properly. While I was driving on the highway the trailer disconnected. Thankfully I had connected the safety chains properly, they weren't done correctly at the site when I picked up the trailer, and no damage occurred to my truck or the trailer.

when i first got there the truck did not start so I called the front desk and ask them to jumpstart it for me and the guy wasn't so thrilled about it but sent somebody up later on that day. The truck ended up not starting again I had to jump it the next day I took the truck out to the store before continuing to move. My furniture in the truck died at the store. It didn't start when I came back out to try to leave. I had to call roadside assistance for help two days later, the truck had a flat tire. I woke up went outside. The truck was sitting on a flat tire, I filled it up the next day it was flat again. I put some air in it then put a canna fix a flat in it and then fill the rest up with air and then brought the truck back to the U-Haul location and pick it up it has been the worst truck that I have rented from U-Haul ever. I am busy but good experiences with U-Haul and will continue to do future business with them despite this little discrepancy.

Truck was great the process was quick and easy I'm 29 years old this was my first time renting a U-Haul vehicle I looked at other options and it felt like I was jumping through hoops. U-Haul was straight to the point!
