Michael Vasquez is the one that runs Boo Bear Auto L.L.C. He had no idea what he was doing, refused to refund me the cash I was owed. He should not be in charge of anything customer service, I could not be any less pleased with the service and I will NEVER recommend anyone to rent a UHAUL at this location. My advice is to remove him from your business, he will only hurt the reputation of the UHAUL company
