I was rented a uHaul truck without the catalytic converter. After the movers loaded the truck and told me the sound was unusual I had road side assistance come and check it. It was recommended not to drive. Via text, uHaul arranged a tow truck to my end destination. That service never showed up. Eventually went to bed at 1am. In the morning, uHaul arranged for a different tow service that arrived within their window and took the truck to our end destination. That tow service was great! I drove the truck to a different return center because of the repairs needed. However, no one at that facility seemed familiar with my situation and in the end I just left without any paper work. I've rented a number of uHauls and this was by far the worst experience.Robert B.

Remove this location as a U-Haul pick up center. The location was not open on time, and they forced us to drive around to other locations before they called us to tell us they opened late. The truck was severely out of alignment and the check engine light was on the whole time.Logan E.

This location was very unsafe, insecure, and sketchy. There was no fencing to keep the dropped off rentals unharmed. There was no personnel to greet us which was fine because it was supposed to be a 24/7 drop off location. The parking lot was covered in broken glass whiskey bottles. We can't even believe that this is an option for drop off. It's HORRIBLE!!! We took so many photos to prove that we dropped our trailer off because they had to walk out there we can't imagine that this trailer will not get stolen after we drive away. It is a very unsafe location to leave a trailer by itself!!!Lorie S.

It was a vacant lot by a Boost store with one trailer. No signage. Bad part of town. Totally ridiculous! Young man at Boost very nice and helpful. Uhaul should NEVER allow thisDONNIE J.
Make sure you call them immediately to make sure your pick up and drop of locations are correct. I received a message the day before my move telling me I had to drive farther to pick up and it took 4 separate calls with four separate people to get this and other issues resolved. If it weren't so down to the wire when they messaged me I would have figured out a different service.Lindsay A.

They charged me for an extra day, I dropped off uhaul a day early on a Sunday they were not open so when they opened on Monday they charged me an extra day, I called and asked about it they told me it was not them and for me to call where I picked up the truck which I did and they told me to call where I dropped it off at, welp with the back and forth, so if u dropping off at a location make sure it's open when u dropping it off cause I also put the gas back in it and they charged me for that too. I told him I had a pic that I put it back where it was, again he said that was not his problem he just checks the truck in and he don't do charges, so someone lying,KAROLATTO G.
