This was the second u haul location I visited as no truck was available for my "guaranteed reservation" when I showed up at a u haul location in Wrightstown, NJ. After being informed that no trucks were available for my "guaranteed reservation" in Wrightstown, I was instructed to head to Borderntown where my truck was located. When I showed up there, no trucks were available. Naturally, this is not the fault of either the Wrightstown or Bordentown dealers - but rather u haul. When I tried contacting u haul for help, I had to wait over an hour for a callback. When I received my callback, I was promptly disconnected and had to wait another hour for a second callback. Luckily, the dealer from Bordentown called me while waiting to hear from u haul and informed me that a truck was available. The truck was what I had reserved (my "guaranteed reservation") but was dirty and covered with dog hair. Bottom line - Bordentown Tire was helpful. U haul was not helpful at all. Stay away from u haul if you have additional options.Jeffrey K.
No one available to assist. I verified with the pick up location to check if the place was open and they replied that they would be there until 5PM. I got there around 3PM. No one was there. I tried calling the number of the establishment and got a Spanish voice mail. I did not know what to do, I called Uhaul but was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and proceeded to turn the truck via the online up. Once again, this process was not easy. At first I could not find the location. Then I realized it was a gas station with no vehicles in their lot which concerned me, I was not sure that this was the correct place. Finally noticed the sign above the building.Julio C.
