Equipment was well-maintained, in very good condition. I ordered furniture pads---none were present. I asked to not be charged, I was charged anyway. Then I got a bill stating I had the truck for four times as long as I did, charging me twice the initial estimate. Gratefully, the regional manager was very helpful, and got everything except the furniture pads sorted. I'll eat the $10, rather than continue fighting.

Eric MarteyI'm a local and love the deli however…. This was a pain. Pickup and return of the truck requires a Mobil phone and takes a few steps. Not a problem except I barely had any cell service- burlingham rd is awful. Very frustrating. I requested a furniture dolly but that never happened either.
Jaimie TamburelloThe equipment I wanted to rent (2 hand carts, 10 furniture blankets) were not in the truck. Truck was covered in ice and snow and the path to and from the truck was not plowed. I disputed all photos since the truck looked bad when trying to pick it up. The area of the truck pickup does not have good service to no service, so it's hard to do the self-check in and self-checkout. While trying to return it and park it, the truck got stuck in the ice since the road where the UHaul was stored wasn't plowed. Overall, horrible experience and will not return nor recommend.
