don't tell the next customer that it doesn't matter it is a 3 day rental and that if it is returned early there would be a prorated amount so that the customer doesn't feel rushed to get the equipment back early

Store is located in in bad neighborhood. Employee could not speak English well, had multiple issues trying to process order. Had to call someone on phone to walk through and handed me the iPad to complete

The employee assisting us was helpful, however, he was primarily operating a mini-mart establishment, so, we had to wait until he had a break in mini-mart customers. We can't fault him for being busy, but the facility was a bit awkward and not the best for rentals or returns. I have rented and used Uhaul trailers and trucks 4 times this year and this was the least effective/easy.

Sketchy gas station. They did not inspect or clean the vehicle even though we waited till our designated time to pick it up. There were someone's personal Jets inside. Had to leave them at the drop off location.

Charged me for gas and it was above the level that it was when I got the truck. Terrible customer service throughout the company. I have been over charged twice and no one is willing to help. Terrible. Will never rent from Uhaul again.

It's just a rough area of town. I would not send my wife alone in that area. The guy was very nice and helpful. Store was clean but area of town not inviting.
