Your service sucks, rented two times in a month from u haul and on the day before my pick up find out I have to run all over hell to pick truck up from different cities, not the ones that were stated. Self check in should give me a discount, don't want to do work I'm paying for. I won't use your company anymore.

Store is only maintained part-time. If we hadn't double checked by going a day early we wouldn't have been able to pick up our truck on the day needed. I understand that it's not a big location site, but in that case a customer could be alerted ahead of time. Manager was courteous and extra helpful...had everything ready...plus on that side of things.
