I was overcharged for 14 days because the truck was not checked in when I returned it. The person that took the key said she would do it and we left thinking all was well until I received a call from U-Haul asking if I still have the truck. I said no. Then I got an email showing a bill for 15 days . Now I have to go through a dispute process. Not willing to do this again.

Christopher PI made reservations a week or more in advance to be picked up at location on Philpott Rd. U Haul co, called me the day before and told me to pick up at a different location . the Philpott Rd. location was on my way to loading point , I did not know where the other location was, so I had to call them for directions . It was way out of my way 17 miles , so at 40 cents a mile plus the inconvenience , I don't think I should have been charged for overage miles ..I was not happy with that a all . ARTHUR BI was charged an extra fee at time of turn in for 29 miles.. I had to turn in the truck in Buena Vista and had to find alternative routes to avoid a tunnel that truck couldn't fit through. Really disappointed

Stacy TThey need to give business name along with address of drop off facility. One place was foreign speaking and didn't know anything about Uhaul. 1-800 # was not much help just gave address which was not where we were told. When you are going to an area you know nothing about it is hard to find a place with no business name just an address. Was not in google when we looked for it. Need to improve on that!

Dawn FEverything about this pickup was enjoyable. The owner is a great guy and very helpful and knowledgeable. Anyone looking to rent a uhaul in the Martinsville area should go to this location.
Philisty ZI was late with the drop off and had to pay forty buck extra and I understand that. What I did not like was that when I picked the truck up it had 9/16 of a tank of fuel and I filled it completely before I returned it which cost me fifty bucks. I was then charged two dollars and some cents for extra mileage which was not my fault. The drop off was about 25 miles from where I need the truck to go and there was a U Haul dealer only 5 minutes from where I unloaded. In the future it would be helpful to set the drop off for folk as close as possible to the terminating destination. It was a great truck and both parties at pick up and drop off were very nice and helpful. I will use you guys again if I need to but will make sure I check out all the variables before leasing!
Mike IThe staff Bowels Corner Market was absolutely fantastic. They went way above and beyond to assist me with my rental. They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable plus they truly made us feel welcome in their store. I rented Uhauls 26 foot truck and am not a seasoned commercial driver by any stretch and had no issues turning it around or parking thanks to their ample parking lot and easy access to the road. The fuel island there is large enough to accommodate Uhauls largest van which was also great.
Joe TThis is a neighborhood market and the manager that handles U-Haul was not there so i think it was his wife who was trying to handle it along with trying to run the store but she had never done it before and didn't know what she was doing and had to keep calling him, nothing was going right and the total was more than what my quote was and she said she couldn't change it and she told me to call customer services so I did and was on hold for more than 35 minutes using up my minutes and finally when someone answered i had to explain what was going on and gave the phone to the wife for customer service to tell her what to do and that was another 30 minutes of my minutes. Finally the manager arrived and finally got everything straight. if I could have left I would have said the heck with the place but i had people that had driven for 4 hours to help me move waiting for me and i needed the truck. If the manager was there i might would recommend it but if not don't go.
