John HAfter driving for only 30 minutes and adding $ 35 in gas . I dropped it off a 1/4 mile from the gas station . They claim that i brought the truck back with little gas and charged me $ 22 . I call BS on this . my fault for not taking a photo of the dash before and after . Social media will get an earful about that location

Joann MWe were charged $62,15 after dropping off the truck and we don't know why. We have not received a response to our voicemail. It was a horrible experience starting with Lucy calling us less than 24 hours before our move to say there was no truck available and they would give us $50 in U-Haul credit as compensation. We booked a truck on Oct 5 for a Nov 15 pickup and in all that time, you couldn't make sure a truck was available for us? It was only an after thought that she offered us a truck in another city. We didn't have much choice but to drive over an hour round trip to pick up another truck. We will never use U-Haul again.
Tyler FUpon arrival my online reservation was incorrect and even contrary to the email conformation I received. Thankfully the staff member in Wheatley was able to correct the error but not without taking quite a bit of extra time (bo fault of his his). I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy at this location. U-Haul can learn a lot from these guys.

George PHad to get my truck in Wheatley because the uhaul in leamington rented the truck I had reserved for 3 weeks to someone else. So disappointing.and unprofessional. The guys a bowman feeds in Wheatley were great. Also after driving for about 20 km the check engine light came on, but I didn't experience any issues

ChitraL Dthere was nothing wrong where i picked up the truck. But original the uhaul truck was supposed to have been pickup in Windsor off of Dougall Rd. I lost 1hr of my time driving into wheatley then to Windsor, which caused my movers to charge me an extra $100 cause i was late!
MARIA SSeemed to be a bit of confusion on original on line booking but Jeff at Bowman Feeds , Wheatley location got involved quickly and all went well !

Steven WI would suggest telling customers there is a $25 charge if vehicle not returned as clean as when you get it. Then I might have checked to see if it had been swept before I got it. I had to go home and get a broom to sweep out a little grass. I wasn't going to pay $25 for a 2 min. sweep .

Clifford CVery slow. Also a Feed/supply store so I had to wait until they were done with customers. It took a while for them to even acknowledge me. Would not recommend I'm not sure where to put this part of the review. There was an issue with our truck. I was moving from Chatham to Windsor with a truck p/u in Chatham. They called me Thursday night/Friday morning to let me know that there wasn't one available and that I would have to drive 30min out of my way to Wheatley here to p/u. So frustrating. Then our storage was wrong and they had to relocate us. It was not the best uhaul experience. I was so frustrated with my move.

FRANK JYour site claims you accept Visa/debit cards, but when I presented the card I was told you do not accept them and was then required to pay cash. Why claim you accept the cards and then don't?
