Steven MichalakThe strap on the drives side of the car transporter kept coming off the tire so it was faulty. Something was going on with the strap or the ractchet. So we had to keep stopping to fix it which was very inconvient for us trying to make it home. So we will be paying extra on the Uhaul truck on daily rental because we will have it a few days extra.
JOHN GATI4 hours was requested on the online reservation request. Arrived earlier than appointment time and after leaving the premises received text informing that return was estimated 3 hours. Returned vehicle earlier than the est 3 hrs and asked clerk why was it changed from what was requested online. Person was perplexed and couldn't supply answer. Recommend that customers are aware prior to leaving premise of estimated return time to ensure it's what customer requested, especially when reserving online. Personnel on premise was helpful with the process from beginning to end.
Judith RuckerIn the process of uploading pictures of my drivers license, the pics wouldn't submit from my phone. The kind young lady helping me instead used her phone and it worked. I'm just a little uneasy about a stranger uploading my drivers license with their personal phone.

Kirk HillMy van was almost brand new with just 4600 miles but the floor was dirty and seats were stained. I simply took pictures in case of request for cleaning fees. I received no such requests. The service people are nice but it does usually take a few minutes to get checked in and out but I've never had any problems with unjust charges. As I think about it this was my 3rd rental transaction and I really have no complaints so I'm changing my rating to 5*.

Tony WootenHe put the contract on my father's account instead of mine which caused a lot of confusion and frustration. I told him directly to put it on my account (Darcy Lynn Hocker) and he did not. You cannot add or look up a contract on the app. When asked to upload a picture the website reloads and starts the process over. I will be uninstalling the app.. it's useless.

Victoria FlowersThe check out process is ridiculous, I had to photograph every angle of the truck with a low battery and there was no place to park. When you are tired after moving and driving all day and have to pay this much for a truck plus gas it up before return, I don't want to spend 10 minutes checking out, taking photos and uploading stuff. I should be able to park it and go. Uhaul staff can look at the stupid odometer and take pictures. Everyone is so lazy these days and makes the poor customer do everything. Shame on you, UHaul.

KENT HAMBLINChecking out was difficult trying to upload my license. When I reserved the vehicle I checked that I waived the $11 protection. I checked my receipt after I got home and noticed that I was charged the $11 anyway. I was just concerned about checking in before they closed so I didn't check the receipt until after I got home. Other than that the guy at the counter was helpful.

Leila CantrellI waited over an hour for someone to come move a uhaul that was blocking my exit. The parking lot isn't big enough for all of the uhauls that they have. I've had better service at different locations. I won't use this location again.

Brian CrumbleyGood inventory but I suggest walking the road if you need to get to the back lot where my truck was located to avoid A LOT of mud. The amount of dirt I mopped out before being able to load my furniture was pretty bad but there was not really trash found in the truck which is good. Great location. Guy also seemed friendly and 24/7 check in/out was a breeze.

Michael HolmesWas told I would be refunded a hold on my card upon returning the equipment. After 24 hours still not refunded. Was quoted around 57 dollars and taken for 160 bucks. Where is my money!!?? The moving truck wasn't clean as well as the appliance dolly was broken upon receiving. (Missing cotter pin). Was told to return it with a quarter tank of gas but received it on empty so that was another 30 bucks just to fill up and get started. Horrible experience. Every other time I rented a truck from other locations it went smoothly.

Robert BarrVery hard to drop off due to tight spaces, parking lot was muddy and standing water. Had to drive through water and mud to park the trailer. We have had extreme rain so that could be the problem. Customer Service was great inside the store it was clean just the parking lot.

William WoodyPlace was closed despite it having supposed to be open. The lot was so full that I had to park the truck just barely off the street. Location was cluttered and completely unprofessional. The mobile return process was clunky and tried to charge me more. In the end, I still ended up being charged for more mileage despite my mileage matching exactly what I had said when I rented the truck.
