Steven C.My vehicle broke down, so I called the main u haul number..wrecker that uhual called took it to a nearby uhaul location. Next day mon,I went to my uhaul location (Rutherfordton NC) explained what happened. They said I should have called them and I would have to retrieve the uhaul trailer back to Rutherfordton location or pay estimated 400. In retrieval fees. I rented A uhaul truck from Rutherfordton locatio n to retrieve y haul trailer from Asheville nc. My vehicle was in shop being repaired I THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH DOING BUSINESS LIKE THIS; AT THE VERY LEAST I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR RENTAL OF UHAUL TRUCK.

Cleaned the trailer right in front of us because it had just came in. And they were very polite and friendly during the whole transaction. These people know how to run a top notch business. Charles B.Only thing right was Brad's wrecker service I had 4 pick-up points for two trucks and two vehicle transports. I am a disabled veteran and could not do this myself as I am a double amputee and in a wheelchair due to spinal cord injuries as if moving wasn't stressful enough to add 4 pick up points and 4 drop off points was ridiculous. This caused my PTSD to go though the roof and even extra meds did not help. I can never go through that again. Why was it so hard to be able to pick up and drop off in one location? Brad's wrecker service was very helpful and it took 2 days for them to get the authorization to drop off at their location. They were the only good thing about uhaul. I have used uhaul for over the last 40 years with my moves as well as all 5 of my children going to college and moving them back and fourth throughout the years. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me feel like going to the compitition. Now I have to fill out 4 surveys for one move. I even had been billed for 3 trucks and only had 2. It was a nightmare of a move . I have never had any problems moving let alone across the country. This caused me additional money in the people I had to hire to drive and gas money for the vehicles.i feel that I should have some type of compensation as the PTSD rage that I had got out of control and took a severe toll on me and my relationship with my wife. I was constantly on the phone with uhaul trying to get everything arranged and with people to load and unload the trucks. Then when I get to my destination, I had damage to various items I am so disappointed in uhaul and the people who loaded the truck and caused damage I have pictures for reimbursement for those items and how the truck looked upon opening the doors.i was also paying the loaders for the time they arrived and not able to get the trucks in a timely fashion as requested at 7am

Scott S.The owner was rude and discourteous. We arrived at 1 pm, which was our pick up time, and were forced to wait in our car until he finished lunch. I was not taken to vehicle and no inspection was done with me. I had to go back to the office to ensure previous damage had been recorded. Upon return of vehicle I was asked "Who's gonna clean the mud on the floor?" It had rained and there was a small amount of dirt on the floor. I was told I would be charged $25 if I didn't clean it. I have rented many vehicles from many different companies and have never been treated so unprofessionally. I will never use that company again.
