Got charged 20$ for bringing the trailer back after they closed even if I brought it back 2 hours BEFORE MY TIME WAS UP!!!!!! Scam company, will find alternatives next time.

peter sThe trailer was covered in mud on the outside. It was caked on the front of the fenders as well. And o e of the tires was worn to the wear bars on the inside. Tthe inside had dirt and mud in it when I picked it up. They did sweep it out but the floor had a film of mud. I had to put cardboard over the entire floor as we were moving furniture.

Artem PPick up / drop off was easy and the van was late model and in excellent condition. Even the rep I spoke to on the phone when I was a bit confused about the process was so kind and easy to talk to. (needed this rental to move personal items after a death in the family so my brain was not particularly sharp that day)

Tanya TI was over-charged. Estimated mileage was more than actual mileage and was billed at estimated mileage. Never received an answer when I asked for clarification as to why I was billed more than what was on my receipt. Not to eager to use this service again.
Sandra ADriver window handle fell off while trying to unroll window, kilometre/mileage gauge did not display kilometres but read tires need servicing, and tire pressure indicator light on. Cover cracked on instrument panel. Truck engine turned off while stopped at intersection, while in drive.

CAROL JExperience was satisfactory. Given that the van that I reserved two months ago was not available on the morning, I was going to pick it up. They did accommodate me by sending me 35 km away to pick up a van and also drop it off there when I was done. Adding at least an extra 70 km to my bill. They did say they will reimburse me $50 because my guaranteed reservation wasn't there. All in all I would rate this experience as two stars.

JOHN OMy reservation was initially for 183 Colborne St W. When I arrived there the vendor told me my reservation number was of no use to him and he had no record of me or my reservation.... I was to go to 'some other location' and get a truck from there. He could not give me an address and he clearly stated that I was not capable of using the address anyway. (?!) I was literally directed, 'over the hill, turn right, then keep looking some where down that road'. Not too professional or competent. The folks at Brantford Motorcycle were great though. Unfortunately the vehicle was full of dried/dusty mud. Not safe to drive with and not good for the furniture we had to move. So far I am 2 and 0 with UHaul. Good by.

John BThe roof of the truck had a lot of snow which later blew off on the highway. The back door was very difficult to raise and lower. I was charged more per kilometer than expected as the vehicle was a US vehicle and recorded in miles. The vehicle had about 83000 miles and was not suitable in my opinion for rental. The staff at the actual location were great. It is my second time renting from this company. The first time was a good experience.

John CYou should be specific with the prices listed in your website, it only says 19 point something and I even got a quote with a total of 34, I even said I'll rent it for 2 hrs but ended up returning it not even an hour but I still got charged $50. It's ridiculous

reynaldo kWhen another location could not fulfill my confirmed reservation, this place stepped up and had what I needed on very short notice.
Rick RMy order was switched to three different addresses forcing me to drive further than anticipated and subsequently paying for more mileage than intended. The online check in was not working for me and I had to call customer service twice to figure out what was wrong. When getting into the truck there was coffee stains all over and an empty coffee cup on the ground beside the drivers seat. I will not be using your services again after this bad experience.
