These guys seemed a bit unorganized. The lady doing my paperwork wanted me to wait around and back the truck into a corner after unhooking my tow dolly. This seems like it should be their job not mine. I don’t operate a uHaul place...

I was instructed to take it to a location in Winder that was 15 miles out of my way. When I arrived around 10:30 Fri am the gates were locked and no one was there. The area was so sketchy that I did not feel comfortable leaving the trailer there so took it to the Braselton location that was only 7 miles from my house. Should have gone there first!

I was angry and disappointed with Uhaul for sending me so far away. I'm glad they allotted me extra miles to cover that. But with traffic, the wait, and trying to maneuver that 26' truck and auto hauler out of that extremely small lot on a busy highway was just excruciating. It took us 5 hours to get the equipment home. If it weren't for the detour, it would've taken another hour, maybe more. We also had to detach the auto hauler at a large parking lot and hook to my vehicle so that I could get both in my driveway so I would have rather gotten the equipment at two different places in Lawrenceville rather than having to drive 46 miles round trip.

We have been charged 3 times for this rental and still have not received a phone call or invoice. We have called multiple times only to be charged again and promised an email that never shows up.

The uhaul trailer was dirty. The lock and handle was so rusted it was hard to open. The door was extremely hard to open. The inside was so dirth after sweeping it made our stuff dirty.

I am highly upset for being charged for gas when I have been with Uhal 45 years!!! Then I spoke to the young lady who gave me her bosses number who stated he would call me back and never did.

This place didn't rent uhauls sent us to another place who did not have a trailer only a dolly. The attendant tried to charge us again. This took almost 21\2 extra hours. Very unhappy. After all that I didn't get what I paid for

This location is very tight to maneuver trucks and trailers in. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the trailer was behind a large moving truck and the employee on duty informed me that she "was not allowed" to move the truck. When I asked if there was anyone else on duty, she said "No." I HAD to have that trailer to move out of my house prior to closing so I asked if I could move the truck, to which she responded "That would be great." So I moved it and it was not difficult but it was just a hassle. She also did not help me set the trailer hitch up on the ball mount of my truck (it was very heavy) and I had to ask her to verify that my signals were working on the trailer. The whole thing was just very disorganized.

we had to go out of our way 35 miles to pick up this Uhaul, single attendant did not conduct the walk around inspection with us. just hand us the key and paperwork. truck were fine and got the job done.

The drop off location misrepresented the amount of gas in the tank at the time of drop off. The 26 foot truck was picked up with a quarter of a tank of fuel. The truck was dropped off with just slightly more than a quarter tank of fuel. The drop-off location noted that the truck had only one-eighth of a tank of fuel, thus I was charged an additional $53 for an eighth of a tank of gas. This business practice is unreasonable. I have tried to call the 800 number for DAYS following the rental and was unable to get through to customer service. NEVER U-Haul.... is was I will tell my friends.

The pickup location was not the one we specified. It was sketchy, and difficult to maneuver with a 26' uhaul truck. Also the person at the counter didn't know anything about us, our order, or apparently how to do her job. Thankfully we printed and brought with us all of our order documents, because we essentially had to help her do her job to get us set up.

CS rep was new and wasn’t able to answer basic questions about mileage on a one way rental or liability insurance differences. Never came out to do vehicle walk around when asked about doing one.

I reserved trucks on 4/3 and 4/4 weeks ahead. Never received confirmation on 4/3, or hand truck which I found out was not a hand truck but utility dolly. NOT what I wanted. I went in to reconfirm 4/3 reservation for 10' truck and guy tells me Uhaul doesn't rent 10' trucks. So I showed him a 10' on chart on his wall. No truck on lot and had to drive 20 mins to another locale to get one. 26' truck and auto transport was ready on 4/4. He also got mouthy with me over hand truck...why did it matter which HT....I told him if I wanted a utility dolly I'd have reserved one. Attitude stunk. I admit I was already irate as I'd spent over an hour on previous Sat with Uhaul straightening out their screwed up reservatuons. I had received a confirmation on.(26' truck only). Megan is nice but needs more training. The man needs to be reprimanded or fired. Customer service is not his forte. I was picking up early and told I'd receive email with code to get keys: never did get email.

I’d like for all the equipment I requested to be there. But instead I have to drive 20 miles to another U-Haul location to pick up an appliance dolly. Added miles that wasn’t necessary to the truck which of course I had to pay for. The windows of the truck were left rolled down so there was water inside the truck. The worst moving experience I ever had and I will never recommend to anyone to use this location.

My experience was very stressful and time consuming. I went to pick up my 9:00 reservation and was told they didn't have a truck. My showed my confirmation and was told to call uhaul. I talked to district manager named Paul, who sent me to brasleton store that was closed. I had to wait for someone to get there and didn't know what was going on. I called manger back and asked when someone would arrive, explained to him I had movers coming at 10am. He said the girl was on her way and would arrive in 10min. I waited 40minutes called and explained I had movers coming and they were scheduled for 10am. The manager didn't seem to realize why I was upset or apologize on any mistakes made on uhaul's behalf. I also was told to just drop keys off ; I called to let them know I had drop and then he informed me he would be there at store to inspect truck in 10min. Waited 45min Sincerely Brandee Autry
