Couldn't get me checked in and said she would have it done by her supervisor. They checked me in the day after my rental was due and I was charged a full day. I'll be disputing the charges. I will not be renting uhaul again.

I was quoted $29.95 (plus $14.00 for the insurance) for use of the truck for 24 hours. It was returned less than 12 hours later. I Received an email with the receipt and was charged $131.21. They charged me for TWO DAYS plus overcharged the daily rate. I called the Braselton office and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Said I had to call the toll free number. I called and was issued a refund for the second day but said the local office had to issue the credit for overcharging me $39.95 instead of $29.95 for two days. I called the Braselton office again and was told they were not able to issue a refund. When I told them what the lady at the toll free number had said, I was told to come in and get the $10, which actually should be $20 since I was overcharged two days. Never again will I use them.

The employees were great. The location is run down. The office area they are working in stinks of mold and mildew. It made my eyes burn being in there. Deplorable condition. The location is poorly maintained. I cannot believe anything hasn't been done about this. The smell is overwhelming. Then on top of that the “System” was down and I was put behind schedule almost two hours. The employees were very gracious and understanding, it wasn't there fault they have to work in those conditions. Whomever owns that property should be ashamed. I'll never go back there for that reason.

I rented the unit at 2:24 in the afternoon and returned it around 2:45 on the day it was due. I was told that I was an hour late and that it would be a $20 fee for the extra day. I thought that there should be some sort of grace period, especially since 20 minutes is not an hour.

The parking lot is TINY. You can barely get in there and move around. We dropped the truck off on a Sunday, so no one was there, but parked cars would have made this almost impossible. Finally, there was a big FOR LEASE sign on the front and so we were wondering if this even the right place. Just confusing.

U-Haul shifted my original pick up to an inconvenient location. Then, finally found a truck for me at Braselton Mini-Storage. Representative at BMS would not accommodate my after-5 p.m (5:15!) arrival. Promised to send revised reservation and code for lock box. HE DID NOT SEND ANYTHING TO ME!! I am uncertain if he left key in lockbox because I had no way of getting into lockbox. I arrived at 5:15, NO ONE was at location. He later told my driver that he had sent the info, I still have yet to receive it. I was terrible inconvenienced and I WILL NEVER rent from BMS or U-Haul again.

Rep was inefficient at checkout and took us through items we didn't need and it took way too long. I was also charged over $21 for gas. I was charged for 5.3 gallons of gas and drove a total of 27.2 miles. That is outrageous and I am extremely unhappy about the entire process of how this business model is set up and will not rent from uhaul again if I can help it

I dropped my trailer off at 8am & the place was closed. There was a phone number to call when I arrived, but nobody answered. Fortunately u-haul has a decent online return system so I could take a couple pics & just drop it off.

I was instructed to take it to a location in Winder that was 15 miles out of my way. When I arrived around 10:30 Fri am the gates were locked and no one was there. The area was so sketchy that I did not feel comfortable leaving the trailer there so took it to the Braselton location that was only 7 miles from my house. Should have gone there first!

I was angry and disappointed with Uhaul for sending me so far away. I'm glad they allotted me extra miles to cover that. But with traffic, the wait, and trying to maneuver that 26' truck and auto hauler out of that extremely small lot on a busy highway was just excruciating. It took us 5 hours to get the equipment home. If it weren't for the detour, it would've taken another hour, maybe more. We also had to detach the auto hauler at a large parking lot and hook to my vehicle so that I could get both in my driveway so I would have rather gotten the equipment at two different places in Lawrenceville rather than having to drive 46 miles round trip.

The uhaul trailer was dirty. The lock and handle was so rusted it was hard to open. The door was extremely hard to open. The inside was so dirth after sweeping it made our stuff dirty.

This place didn't rent uhauls sent us to another place who did not have a trailer only a dolly. The attendant tried to charge us again. This took almost 21\2 extra hours. Very unhappy. After all that I didn't get what I paid for

This location is very tight to maneuver trucks and trailers in. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the trailer was behind a large moving truck and the employee on duty informed me that she "was not allowed" to move the truck. When I asked if there was anyone else on duty, she said "No." I HAD to have that trailer to move out of my house prior to closing so I asked if I could move the truck, to which she responded "That would be great." So I moved it and it was not difficult but it was just a hassle. She also did not help me set the trailer hitch up on the ball mount of my truck (it was very heavy) and I had to ask her to verify that my signals were working on the trailer. The whole thing was just very disorganized.

we had to go out of our way 35 miles to pick up this Uhaul, single attendant did not conduct the walk around inspection with us. just hand us the key and paperwork. truck were fine and got the job done.

The drop off location misrepresented the amount of gas in the tank at the time of drop off. The 26 foot truck was picked up with a quarter of a tank of fuel. The truck was dropped off with just slightly more than a quarter tank of fuel. The drop-off location noted that the truck had only one-eighth of a tank of fuel, thus I was charged an additional $53 for an eighth of a tank of gas. This business practice is unreasonable. I have tried to call the 800 number for DAYS following the rental and was unable to get through to customer service. NEVER U-Haul.... is was I will tell my friends.

The pickup location was not the one we specified. It was sketchy, and difficult to maneuver with a 26' uhaul truck. Also the person at the counter didn't know anything about us, our order, or apparently how to do her job. Thankfully we printed and brought with us all of our order documents, because we essentially had to help her do her job to get us set up.

CS rep was new and wasn't able to answer basic questions about mileage on a one way rental or liability insurance differences. Never came out to do vehicle walk around when asked about doing one.
