Have trucks with cruise control!! Print your contracts/receipts in larger fonts.
JAMES HBack off truck where cargo goes was not swept out. I had to do it before I put my things in there.that and the cargo part of truck had big scratch dent on drivers side. Where I picked up didn't do an inspection walkthrough information with me. Just showed me on paperwork how much gas I needed before I turned in. When taking vehicle back there needs to be better directions to location. It is not visible when driving down Rex road. It took me through neighborhood and dead end.

Shirley SI would advise to rent directly from Brazos EZ SElf Storage and not reserve through UHaul.com. UHaul.com is not up to date and customer service department is terrible.
Carroll GThe vehicle fell apart when trying to adjust a mirror, then I tried contacting customer service to report. Was forced disconnected multiple times and the app too didn't offer assistance. I'd appreciate a stronger connection and some type of response email that verified I reached out.
Nicholas WThey didn't have a dolly the equipment wasn't swept out the tank wasn't full and they weren't open till after 9. The address where we were told to drop it off wasn't any good there was no usual at the location. We took the uhaul to another authorized dealer a mile from where we were told to take it and they wouldn't accept it. It was a bunch of unnecessary bs we shouldn't have had to go through when are primary concern was moving stuff.

Robert JFirst truck had a flat tire, they gave us a second truck with no gas. Cab was dirty with Gatorade bottles and chip bags.

CHRISTOPHER HI was supposed to get a 26' truck and reserved it 3 weeks in advance. Uhaul canceled on me the day before pickup after I already had all my hired help lined up and asked if I was OK with a 20'. Without much choice I had to except it the 20' That's when I was sent to this location by Uhaul where the lady first told she didn't understand why I was sent there because she only had 15' trucks. Apparently she is not very observant of her inventory cuz while I was panicking about what to do she called her district manager, only to find out that she only had the 20s. Additionally I was supposed to get furniture pads with my pick up, which this location did not have, so I had to call around my self to find a different location that carried them. Uhaul needs to get their act together. This is twice now that they have failed to get me a 26' truck. And twice now that I've had to hunt down additional equipment to keep my belongings safe.
Tabitha HMy reservation condition was changed to make me pay extra miles without telling me. I contacted the customer support, gladly they give refund.
