The company needs more experience dealing with uhaul . They had no idea what they were doing and weren't ready for my arrival . There was no one at the location who even deals with the uhaul side of things there so the other workers had to do it . I waited 40 mins standing outside there for someone to figure out what to do . On top of that there was a language barrier so no one was saying anything to me because they probably didn't know how to say it in English. They couldn't find the key to the truck and made me try 5 different keys none of them worked . No one said anything to me or gave me any instruction on what to do . No one inspected the truck nothing was run through properly , truck hadn't been swept out and I also didn't receive the dolly I paid for they didn't have one on site .. because they gave me no instruction on how to return the truck I had already locked the truck and put the keys in the drop off box so I couldn't even do the check in on line and go through with that . I was pissed off at the entire experience and the following day they charged me 96,13$ on top of the original price which was 73,63$. I called them the next day to ask why and they tried to charge me for having the uhaul for two days and a safe fee which I said I didn't want at the start . I returned the uhaul the same day and they have cameras outside their business and know that I returned it that night and not the next day .. not sure if they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and get away with doing that but I asked for my money back and it wasn't a right away thing I had to go back and forth with this guy on the phone .. he eventually called me back and said he would refund me no problem. Overall it really looks bad on uhaul obviously and sucks but will forsure be hesitant now if I move again who to useEmma B.

The guy here was very nice, but took almost an hour to check-in. The 26' truck had very little brakes and the passenger seat belt was broken. I called and the solution was to drive it to the main Uhaul location which as across the city...this was not a very convenient as I hired people to help move during a certain time period.Rebecca H.

There wasn't an air conditioner in the truck, the trolly wasnt in the same location, location change in the last minute, the guy in the location was tirrable horribly stupid. I had experience twice before this time and it was perfect, but the last location was unconfortable., I was so dissappointed.Lara I.

Most horribly most worse experience i had in 22 years. Manager is rude and he misleads customers with info just to make them rent a truck and make money. He doesn't care about the customer being happy all what he cares about is making money.FADI Q.

The location lists 24 hours drop-off but the Uhaul office was closed. So, unfortunately the poor gas station attendant had to help me. It was his first day and he had not been trained on Uhaul as yet. He did the best he could and I have no complaints about his help, in fact I felt he did well but the location should not list as 24 hours without having a Uhaul repRichard H.
