Ashley was incredibly helpful and courteous. I was in a rush to move, but she managed to make everything happen on short notice. The movers she recommended were fantastic; they worked hard and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your moving needs!

jon fThe truck has major issues. Driving it was so rough couldn't go over 60mph, It was completely packed solid and secured. Due to how rough riding it was so much of my things were broken. It was as if you had a square tire. My back is out of place and have a migraine. I had to fill the truck twice for 260 MI total which was roughly $213.00. On top of being chg more per mileage than was quoted and was told at pick up they would get that fixed. Just got cc charge and that wasn't fixed. I don't know that I would use uhaul again after that experience. So unhappy right now.
DEANNE MNo improvements needed… I was also very pleased with the two guys that loaded my truck. Logan and Brock were on time, went above and beyond and were very fast . Ashley was the best, she made my move easier and stress free.

Charles MI was referred to midwest cycle to swap trailers for a safe trailer. Midwest cycle stayed late to swap trailers and was very polite and knowledgeable and professional. The equipment was in proper operatingcondition. I should have gone to Midwest cycle in the first place and will return there for my future uhaul needs. I do recommend Midwest cycle!

Bonnie CI would give them 10 stars if I could. I had an unexpected stop in North Platte, after 10 hours of driving, when my trailer nearly lost a wheel on I-80. Ashley and Justin came out to help me after hours the Friday before Memorial Day. They arrived about 8:00 PM (they closed at 7:00) and brought parts to repair the trailer. It turned out the trailer I was given was so old (it had a 6 lug wheel) the parts they brought would not fit (they brought parts for a newer 5 lug wheel trailer). Then they went back to the shop and brought me a new trailer and helped me unload and reload from the old trailer to the new trailer so I could get back on the road the next day. We wrapped up about 10:00 PM. Arguably the best example I have ever experienced of AMAZING, going above and beyond customer service. Ashley and Justin are a huge asset to the Uhaul network. I was pretty upset over the quality of the equipment I rented in IL and was given for a 1 000 mile trip but Ashley and Justin's going above and beyond really turned lemons into lemonade. And the newer trailer they gave me in North Platte worked flawlessly the last 300 miles of my trip to WY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
