Jason BThe guy was rude and nasty. My whole experience sucked. Police had to assist me with the car dolly. The car had to be taken off because they didn't put the car on correctly. When I stopped the tires was hanging off of the dolly. The straps had came off.
LaShonda OMake these smaller trailers taller to 6' inside. Too short for appliance dolly's, & makes my head hurt so many times! Thanks, Frank
frank gOnly promise was the gas was marked full but it was not actually full upon picking up it was only half a tank I know 100 % because I but 40$ in it be it before I even took it home to load and have a receipt now youre charging me 120$for gas..30 for fill and 80$ ex gas fee feeling exploited

Alonzo JOriginal pickup point for this order (22075994) was Ethel Quick Stop in Ethel MS on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 1:00 PM . That location had no truck for me. How do I claim my $50? That will hardly pay for my expense to drive another 40 miles, pick up the truck, then make another round trip to Sebastopol, to retrieve my own vehicle that evening.
Lawrence SThe pickup was not my requested pickup location. It was out of the way and not easy to get to. In addition, while the contract noted the gas tank was half full, it was actually less than half full.

chassity cI had to travel 100 miles out of my way to pick up this truck. the original pick up location was 4 blocks from apartment. the 2nd location didn't have the truck so I had to go to a 3rd location. Guarantee you I will never ever us UHaul again. This was the classic case of "you know to take the reservation, but you don't know how to keep the reservation".

RB VMy experience at Brent's Rentals was excellent. Management did everything possible to make sure everything was taken care of and clean, I am sure the next customer will have a great experience renting from Brent's Rental.
ROSIE SWeather conditions were serious and weather advisory requested no traveling on morning the trailer was to be returned. The owner charged for additional day because he said it was after the hour. He did not take under consideration the conditions of the roads or the advice about not to travel on the icy roads. His only concern was getting money for an extra day. I will drive 30 extra miles before I rent from this vendor again.
Mary Kno duplicate copy of the contract and it was not obvious where to return the trailer
