The trailer was in good shape. The lady and guy at the front desk that morning were less than friendly. No hello, thank you or anything else. While hooking up the trailer, no words or anything. He never even checked the lights to see if they were working. He just walked away. It was not Brian. When returning the trailer, i walked in, the lady asked "what do you need?" I told her I was returning the trailer and she said "just park it back where you got it and we will send you a receipt." That was it. I don't expect a lot of conversation but a little more interaction would have been good.

Nothing, was a good experience!!

Not very friendly service and uhaul built very cheap and very noisy. Rented 5 x 8 trailer and would never rent again. Loaded front as it said heavier but it did not help. Even bought 200 pounds worth of water softener salt for the ride home 200+ miles and that did not help.

The staff seemed less than friendly or at least just very curt. We missed getting a step done or didn't do something to the most convenient way, which I understand can be frustrating. We just felt like the staff visibly showed their disdain towards us and it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The truck was excellent and I would still recommend U-Haul itself. I just would be done some prior looking up on U-Haul rental expectations to make the process smoother.

Since I returned the truck with almost 1/4 more (almost full instead of 3/4 full) gas than it had when I picked it up, thought the 6 miles over mileage limit might be waived but it wasn't.

The employee that was present when I returned my rental was rude and seemed bothered to be asked anything about returning the trailer I rented.

Stoneman oil company, didn't have the truck there and their phone number doesn't work. I have a pending charge from a truck I didn't pick up and now my cc is exceeded available balance. Been working on this for two days now and the app says it wants me to return a truck I don't even have, what a disaster!

I rented a trailer with a wheel chock. Held my Harley Davidson Road King solid and trailer pulled great. Dealer was professional and easy to deal with. Will rent from them again.
