Have a district manager, go and check out the store. It's very unprofessional and very unorganized.

Eric PLocation made return time just minutes over the 24 hour period to push rental into another day. I've had this happen at another location as well. Seems to be a tactic used by neighborhood uhauls to get an extra day's rental without having the equipment out another day. Customer service at location was poor and was not any help. Had to call about five different times, spending several hours on phone calls, to receive a refund once regional supervisor was reached out to. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Steven MThe location claims to be 24/7 and I can do mobile but I still have to go in the building and speak with the clerk. The trucks are drivable but could still use maintenance on the outside.
Cydney CThe day I scheduled to pickup my rented trailer was already busy enough. I didn't appreciate being told when I was filling out the paperwork that you didn't have the blankets that were part of my order. Yes you removed the charge but that was an obvious action. What wasn't obvious was that I now had to purchase blankets so I could wrap my items to be safely transported. So on a moving day that was already busy, I had to make an additional stop and spend additional money so my move would be a success. On top of all that, I had to clean out the trailer because was muddy. Thanks UHaul

Charles GIt was a very easy transition to request a truck and to be able to get on the road with it. Everybody was very friendly and helped with a situation with a different u haul provider when we came into a problem. They helped us find some solutions.
Margaret EJoy was extremely rude. We put the address in our gps which inevitably took us to the wrong location. I called and explained and was given an extremely rude and sarcastic "well thats funny because I have customers use gps all the time and they find it just fine". I asked for a landmark and she told me there werent any. She asked where I was and then gave me directions based off where I was which were wrong. I called a second time and explained the situation where I was berated by her again, talked over, and told I was wrong when actually she was wrong. When someone cant find a location all they need is "Im sorry, how can I help?" Not to be chastised by some Liquor store employee named Joy.

Dusan iThe trailer is incorrect. It is advertised as a 6'x12' trailer. So I rented it to pick up a riding lawnmower that was 60" wide. However the opening is less than 48" wide and could not use the trailer as advertised. So I had to then turn around and go back and return said trailer after renting the trailer and driving both directions. A refund, due to it not being as advertised would be appreciated.

Bruce KWorst experience I've had renting from here. The cashier was on his cell phone the entire transaction. Then argued with me say the truck had to be returned at that location even though my reservation was a one way rental.
joseph mIgnition key had to be turned 20-30 times each time the truck was started.
Steve MUnhappy that U-Haul changed my pickup and drop off location to a spot that was further away than I originally booked. Caused us to drive further and cost us more money. Should reimburse us for some mileage in my opinion.

Thomas MI put more gas then what I picked it up on and was still overcharged and wasn't compensated for the extra gas or credited towards what they charged extra. Money doesn't grow on trees and we are all I'm hard times I think I was treated unfairly as a customer. Wouldn't recommend then to another or using again.

James JI can tell this Uhual/Liquor store place just wants peoples money! Literally took 2 minutes to drive off with the uhaul. I picked up around 2pm and returned Uhaul 11:30pm the same day which they said was fine! that is one day. They charged my card $173 before i left that included everything with 90miles. I went a little over which is fine and had no problem with paying what I used but when the day after I returned it they tried to charge me 2 days when I had the uhaul for 7 hours and trying to take another $219 out of my account after i paid $173 but not once tried to call me about it instead just trying to over take money out of my account ! very unprofessional and at that the Uhaul had no AC will never go back here and 12/12 do not recommend. Will not get me for my money! Do your calculations right and maybe you can be successful taking it out

Matthew NTrailer had two lights out on driver side. When I returned the trailer, attendant asked me to help park it and another trailer in specific spots. Attendant said thanks and I got you, no need to come in, but I was thirsty and went in to buy a drink. He provided no receipt for the trailer but thankfully I purchased a drink and had receipt. Email next morning said I checked the trailer in 14 hours late. Thankfully when I called the location and told another attendant what happened, they corrected the charge.
