Very easy check-in and check-out process. Truck was ready when promised and personnel were very friendly. I don't see any improvements needed. Will definitely use again.

I called 4 days ahead of time to make sure the trailer i reserved was going to actually be at that location when I get there. First person could not find my reservation even after I gave him the confirmation/reservation number. Told me he could not get vision into the system until 2 days prior and told me to call back in 2 days and gave me the number to call. I called 2 days later, got someone else, they could not anything for me and not my reservation. I was driving and did not have my reservation number handy so he told me to call back, Within a minute I had it, and called ...for the next hour or so I called 15 times and each time received a message that that number could not receive call and needed to leave a message, so I did. About 3 hrs later I called and the same guy that answered did not remember our conversation from a few hours ago. I gave the reservation number and he still could not find (or didn't know how t0?) my reservation. I gave up, and went online and did the pre work (online would not let me upload my drivers license photo) and hoped it would be there per my online reservation. When I got there the trailer was there, The first guy was confused and could not find my reservation, same guy from one of the call didnt know what to do and and the other guy came in to help, they said they could not help me unless i uploaded my drivers license photo and I explained that I tried and the site would not let me but I have a phot. he said he did have internet - but i had good signal. The other guy came to help and and I showed him what happened when I tried to upload my drivers license photo (get a black screen) and he told me I had my camera on my phone was turned off which was not trues as I then took photos of our surroundings and showed him. He didn't care. Come to find out the first guy didnt have a signal because he did not have cell service activated on their phone. Somehow and some way they were able to either create a new order or find my reservation, not sure which as they asked me all the questions that I had done days before online during my initial reservation as well as pre registering online. They took & uploaded the photo of my drivers license. They had a dolly ready ( i did not need and did not take) they hade at least 20-30 furniture blankets and I had only ordered 12 and told them, they didn't listen and I had had enough as it had been about 40 minutes or so already and I just wanted the trailer and to get on my way. The whole experience was a nightmare from the time I first make contact with these 2 up until I drove out of the lot. Not suer who vets your distribution locations, but they may want to take another look at this location and these guys. The only reason I used this place as it was about a mile from where I needed to start loading the trailer. I will need to use a trailer again in a month or two, I just cant go back there again. I think there is a UHaul dealer on Linnerud in Sun Prairie, but several months ago when I order thru there I had to go elsewhere to pick it up. I would like to use UHaul again.....but will not if i will need to go to this location for anything. Merci

PETER NThe place is a dirty unprofessional place with a vicious dog that run the premises. My wife thought she was going to get bit. It was just a very uncomfortable experience for my wife and I both at this place. And now for the condition of the truck it's self. It was clean both front and back but the truck needs major front end work done. Frankly I was scared while driving it. And I'm used to driving crappy vehicles that need work so for me to be scared to drive something speaks volumes. So my advice would be get some place different to represent your company.
Michael JTrailer was muddy and tire had slow leak. Overall though, location is open until 8 p.m. which was helpful.
Paul FThe only issue I had wasn't the fault of Bristol Motors. When doing the online check in, things like a photo of your drivers license and emergency contact were optional. But for Bristol Motors to finish the contract out I had to do those anyways. If I had known they were not actually optional I would have just went ahead and filled out those bits and provided scans of my DL, instead of trying to take a pic of it with my phone and upload the pic in their office. Again, not an issue with Bristol Motors, but with how U-Haul has their online check-in set up. Bristol Motors was very friendly and had the motorcycle trailer I rented set up to be easily picked up. They helped my hitch up the trailer and when I returned the trailer they helped me un-hitch the trailer. Very nice people and other than things out of their control a great experience.

Peter NThe Establishment was a complete dump I had to step over garbage to get to the so-called office there was garbage on the ground there was washers in the lot with junk on top of them the place was a pig hole and the car dolly could have used some maintenance on the ratchet straps it did not crank well or easily I understand it's out in the climate but it should be sprayed with graphite or something to make it easy to crank and unlock
James BI asked for a truck with my mileage to save money and I was deliberately given a truck at a location that costs more money. When contacted I was basically told If I did I not like it to not rent from UHaul.
Kimberly FThey have no parking to return the vehicle and the location is just about as close to a junk yard as you can get. They say they are a car dealership but the place is literally random car parts all over the yard and inside.
TIMOTHY HTire light was on and flashing. It was clear someone smoked in the truck. When I went to pick the truck up there was so many men sitting and chatting and i felt very uncomfortable.
Duygu OThe inside of the truck the floor is all covered in mud there was garbage underneath the seats the back of the truck was not swept out and they look like there was something spilled on the floor like ice cream or something that was dried on it so I took it upon myself to deep clean the hole inside of the cab and to sweep out and mop the back of the truck I returned it Sunday at 5:30ish and I'm wondering where my deposit is thank you

D SCharge the next customer for only the number of days they rent the vehicle. I rented the truck for one(1) day, Monday, October 30, 2023. I picked it up Monday morning. I dropped it off at the same location that night, Monday, October 30, 2023 with more gas in it than when I picked it up that morning. The rental location was 10 miles out of the city, in the middle of nowhere. Get a rental location in the city of Sun Prairie, WI. I would not have complained about this if your company had not charged me for two(2) days of rental when I in fact had your truck for less than one day. 16 hours, at the most.

Michael Bthe truck drove very rough yes, it's a truck but the shocks or something was terrible and back still had things from last renter.
SHAWN GTires where not really satisfactory, I ordered a uhaul motorcycle hauler and got it home and had to air the tires up after loading my motorcycle up. I found the tread to be not very good. The unit worked but I do have a mechanic s background. The shop its self is a complete mess and disarray . I will not use them again. I don't care if there close to my hometown. I had set this up months prior and was basically in a time crunch bye then so I really had no choice at the time or I would of went somewhere else. Lonnie A Ebneter

I think because they are family they work well together & it shows to customers. Also, they help me with the link "needs" when I can't seem to get them to work.

Chris LThe equipment had trash in it. The truck came with 1/8 of a tank of gas. The truck was so loud it literally hurt your ears. The check engine light was on. The headlights on bright did not work at all. The headlights on low had one light working. They charged a service fee for using a credit card.
JOHN HVery messy place of business but were friendly and accomodating. More concerned about condition of aged U-Haul trailer. Close inspection of wheel rim rust and paint blistering made me wonder if equipment was actually safe to use. U-Haul should have this trailer refurbished or retired as decals are discolored and peeling off.
