Representative was late, somewhat disorganized, location is flat out scary. The person that greeted (if you could call it that) didn't know anything and was unable to do anything, was blaming the computer and stalling me until the other guy could show up, which was 20 minutes later.
George R.Utility dolly and protect pads were not available at the same site where we pickup the truck, so we expect almost 1 hours looking and moving to a site with this staff. These were included in the reservation.
