I had a 10 AM appointment and the U-Haul guy never showed. After calling and texting for a half hour he finally responded and did our paperwork via text while driving. Then he overcharged me $40 for insurance that I didn't need and never agreed to.

Make sure the equipment is safe and free of any defects that can cause serious harm, injure or death! Make sure that the cab area is wiped down and ready for the next customer! Make sure that you don't send malfunctioning equipment!
SHERLEY C.Owner was not present. 45 minute wait for him to call and take payment info over the phone. Then because he wasn't paying attention when I had already declined all insurance he added it any way which was an additional $40 or so I have yet to be refunded. Just horrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent as well. He told me I would have to call in and request a refund. I did. Still waiting. No refund.

Gerald R.Transmission was slipping, Not the best gas mileage for the truck. Tank was less than 1/2 fullâ€"were charged with extra gas when turning the truck in. Inappropriate turn-in service. Would use again but not without a lot of questions asked.
