Everything was great!! The guy in the front was very respectful and informative. The place was very well kept, and the process from start to finish was easy. This location was a 10/10, and I would recommend this location to my friends and family for a cheap and easy way to move your things. Great job Broadway Auto Care and Diagnostic 4/13/24

Jasmine JWell there was only one person working at the facility and I arrived early for my pick up but the individual working kept saying to me. "I'll be right with you" several times and kept helping other people and didn't get to me until past my reservation time. Then when I got the truck, it had no gas. So not only did I get my reservation late for pick up losing time with my movers but had to make a stop to fuel the truck up before I even got to start the move. Also I used the moving company through the U-Haul site and they broke stuff and damaged my walls, tile, and broke a whole door knob off. The manager or as we said he was gonna send out and repair guy or crew and now isn't answering any of my calls. Poor service and now I have to pay for their mistakes.

EDDIE MAbsolutely my single best U haul experience ever! I wouldn't change a thing and I would clone the gentleman single- handedly running the show and put him at every single other U haul location.... fantastic !
Ken RI did not receive an email with a contract and you sent text messages and you need to explain to the customers that pictures and stuff need to be taken of the vehicle because I didn't know that until afterwards

Mark SAttendant seemed indifferent to answering questions - even disappeared at one point. No instructions offered on how to operate back door or ramp. Decals on truck didn't cover replacing ramp to original location (has to be SLAMMED into position), which prevented back door from closing/locking. Had to contact U-haul before I could get on the road, and I had a deadline.
RHONDA WThe person who entered my reservation, got the car and prepared everything needed for me was polite, effective and helpful! Outstanding experience. This location is specially better than other U-Haul places.
