It's stupid that the trucks aren't full of gas when you get them and returned full. That adds work to me as a driver.

James G.The vehicle stunk from someone smoking, when complained was told the vehicle had been stolen and smoked in. The person in charge of this location should have known you can have the vehicle treated to remove the smell. I was in a bind and needed the vehicle otherwise I would have canceled the reservation. Will not use or recommend this location to anyone because it's apparent they don't care.
NELLA U.Reserved uhaul for 730am prior to office being open called a few days before to ask how to get the etc..the gentlemen on the phone kept getting distracted. Had to repeat myself several times and he even stated "sorry I was doing something else" he was 0 help in answering my questions. Ordered furniture blankets. Picked at 730 as scheduled. Blankets were not in cab or bed of uhaul, had to wait til they opened at 9 and drive back and get the blankets for movers to use which slowed down the whole process. When I was on my way back to the store I called the store to make them aware. Same guy answered the phone said "oh yeah I forgot but you can come back" I think I shouldn't if had to pay for them at that point or at least apology. In the back found 2 roaches not palmetto roaches but roaches found in a house so had to clean and sanitize prior to loading up. Last time I rented with this facility there was a pad lock on the back of the uhaul to prevent from bouncing open but not present this time. Lastly when bringing this very large uhaul back for drop off at 730pm. No where to park. There was a partial spot available eith uhaul equipment in the way. They knew I was bringing a 26ft uhaul back at least make room for it to be parked. I have used this facility several but I won't again. To much hassle with multiple other options in the area.
Jaclyn S.After a horrible overall experience the young man was empathetic and kind. He said he would look into taking care of the blanket charge as he was how I discovered the young lady in Columbia did not remove it after she heard me say I didn't order them and I would not be collecting them.

Andrew W.I was very upset I have reserved 15-ft truck they instead gave me a 20 foot truck and said oh they upgraded me to me that's not an upgrade have the single woman driving the vehicle and five extra feet was a big difference also with the price of gas it made me go through more gas because of the bigger truck and I was driving it from South Carolina to Massachusetts I had screenshot of my reservation and they said oh it didn't matter they didn't have a 15-ft truck so I will never use u haul again

If you understand this before renting than you won't be mislead. Overall I give them a good score for customer service and everything went well whenever I use them.
