Pickup location was unmanned and building was unoccupied; it actually appeared to be abandoned. No instructions left at location. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time and finally just left. Recommend finding another vendor.Matt G.

The uhaul was in bad shape. Leaked all over my belongings, had considerable damage to outside of equipment. I smelled exhaust when window was open and thew window rattled the entire trip. Awaiting holiday to end to complainLAURA C.

I preregistered everything but had to take the time to have the agent re-enter most of it ,which took a lot of time I had not planned on. This was not the fault of the agent ,but of U haul. I was NOT impressed !!Randy M.

I reserved my U-Haul truck online 3 weeks before picking it up. I drove 8 hours from my home to the pick-up location arriving late the night before my scheduled pick-up. When I arrived for pick-up my reserved and confirmed U-Haul truck was not at the location confirmed for the pick-up. I instead was told that I had to drive 70 miles to another location to pick-up my truck. This is unacceptable! What is the purpose of confirming a reservation at a pick-up location if the rental is not at that location? The pick-up location employees bent over backwards to fulfill the agreement made by the National U-Haul online system. My below average rating is not reflective of this location as much as it is reflective of U-Haul's overall National Online System. The system gave me less than an hours notice of the change in pick-up locations and then to require a customer to drive 70 miles to another location is unacceptable. Also, I understand that this location is new to U-Haul, however there should be some hands-on training given to employees in the operation in the online system. It took nearly an hour before the employees at this location we able to complete the check-out process for the rental. Who is responsible for the training of U-Haul employees at this location? Whom ever it is they are not doing their job!GEORGE F.

I passed 2 other Uhaul locations on my way to this one. Not even close to where I was moving. It took me forever to find it and the I was there over an hour just for DROPOFF because the staff was not Uhaul. No one had any clue what was going on. I am not even closed to please with any aspect of renting from Uhaul.MICHAEL T.
