I have challenges retrieving my truck because of poor cell phone signal. The website kept timing out and I had to circle through the process several times, causing frustration and wasting a lot of time. I use AT&T as my cell phone carrier. In order to complete my truck pickup and get the necessary lock box code for the key I had to drive 2 blocks away so where I had better cell phone signal. This was a very stressful and frustrating process.Kimberly G.

For some reason the location hadn't gotten my order, and so no one was there to rent me the truck until half an hour after my appointment time. They were very nice and apologetic, and it worked out but this is an issue U-Haul may need to work on. Also the truck, though it worked, did not feel mechanically sound. Transmission issues Maybe?Karen S.
It would have been preferred to have someone at the drop off location to help with the checkout process. I had to walk around for my phone to have good enough service to complete the checkout process, at the end of a stressful moving day. Until I realized there was a mobile checkout, I didn't know what the process was, or where to leave the truck. I felt in the dark about most of the process.Dakotah S.

Managers were rude and the lady kept swearing at a individual who was trying to pack up his belongings after being evicted. The individual looked upset enough and clearly didn't need the verbal assault. U-haul was great thoughSTEPHEN H.
The internet connection is not good there, so it's difficult to do the mobile rental. Otherwise, it's great. We will use again.Carmen T.

I was overcharged for furniture pads that I ordered but didn't receive that I didn't receive. I need my money on these things returned. I also didn't like that u-haul didn't have it set Up for me to pick up. It delayed my move when I had other people waiting on me. I appreciated Mel's assistance even though it took a long time to get started. I don't know if the issues were with the location but maybe more the booking service being used.Rico B.
