I can't answer questions 2 and 3 because: 2) I have never been there at night so I do not know if the lighting is good or if it even exists 3) I have never been to the office. I've done all my business by telephone which was fine. I have always been there during the day so I don't know how difficult it would be to access it during off hours. But the new number pads for unlocking the gate are very nice and work very well. I did not although I did not have instructions on how to enter the code or what the different color flashing lights mean I manage anyway. Overall my experience was very good because the people that I talk to on the phone were always helpful and we did our business without hassle. Thank you all!

Great place to store campers. The people were extremely friendly, helpful and very informative. Price was quite reasonable compared to other storage places. Would highly recommend to anyone storing campers, RVs, etc.

Was using this storage facility for approx 3 years, had no problems at all and Rick the person in charge was like and old friend to me. He was always courteous and did his job well.would highly recommend it for your truck. Car or RV or Motorcoach. Covering all of ST. CHARLES.COUNTY AREA ETC ETC

We feel that the facility was not secure because our motorhome was broken in to and all storage handles were broken and opened. We are not sure what was taken. One of the catalytic converters were cut off. All a total of $1 000 of damage. We feel Bropfs should cover part of it. Also, we moved out on 10-9-2022 and contacted Bropfs that day and were told quote "We don't have a way give you a refund of rest of the rent" what they should have said we will not give you a refund. We will tell everyone we know to go so where else to store their unit.

Our camper did have an attempted break in - so don't think security was what it should have been. We were there for many years and satisfied with the facility but after the camper's window and antenna was broken off, we decided to move to a storage facility closer to our new home.

The couple that runs the facility are very nice. The drive through the storage is very bumpy because it is gravel and there are potholes everywhere. The spaces for campers are extremely small and depending on what type of stairs you have to get into your camper, it can be hard or impossible to get into your camper while it's parked. We were broken into twice and had a battery and a grill stolen as well as they damaged the outside compartments to our camper. We spoke with other folks that park their camper there and they've had things stolen on multiple occasions as well. We did let the owners know both times. If you're looking for a storage lot for something as simple as a trailer this lot is perfect. Campers are a lot more expensive and are in peoples radar to steal from as well as it's nice to get into your camper when prepping to take it out and that can be very difficult depending on the spot and how well the vehicles next to you are parked.

We only needed storage for our boat for a few months. The space was easy to access and the staff was always available and very friendly.

Good secure storage for your RV. Different size spaces to suit your needs. Never a problem while there. Very convenient access for the St. Charles and St. Peters residents.

We had our 5th wheel trailer stored at this lot for approx 2 years and we never had one ounce of trouble. It is a very clean and organized lot and we appreciate way it was maintained. We will definitely contact them again if we have another need for storage in the future. Merci.

I had a 25' slot. Very reasonable price for the convenience of the location. Not sure of the office itself but any time I needed assistance someone answered the phone or emailed me back promptly.

You guys need better security. My camper got broken into and vandalized at your facility, and has been in repair for over a month and I haven't even been able to use it yet. Very inconvenient! The fact that you take zero responsibility for it, bothers me a bit. Its very easy access to your facility. My family won't even use your facilities and they are who recommended you to me. Just disappointed. But Rick is very nice.

People were very friendly and nice to work with. No complaints on the facility. Only issue was the main entrance was closed for construction no notice of this during reseravation process.
